7 days since ordering with no shipment going out or responses to my emails.
On the site they claim orders will be sent out the next business day, or same day depending on when it's placed. Well I ordered on Monday and it's now Sunday, with no order shipped out and no responses. I've sent a couple of emails to see whats going on, which no one responded to. What I did get, was an email from USPS saying pre-shipment info had been sent 3 days ago, but with no actual shipment being received. I'm guessing this was updated to make it look like an order was actually going out. As of today the USPS site is still in pre-shipment, aka they haven't dropped it off yet. No one has responded to my emails either. If I don't get a response soon, I'll contact my credit card company and report it. It's disappointing as the reviews seemed good, but this is starting to get extremely suspect.

Hi there - as mentioned on our website the 3 month supply of Kirkland minoxidil does not come in the original retail packaging. This is because Costco only sells minoxidil in 6 month supplies. So to offer more options on our website we open the box and sell 3-month supplies.
Regarding the missing dropper, I see that our customer care team has already been in touch with you about this and we've resent you another one. Please reach out if we can help with anything else.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately the box that Costco uses for their Kirkland minoxidil is a bit flimsy, so it can sometimes get dinged up during shipping. Glad to hear the actually product is okay though, as should be expected.

Rogaine liquid is a product we have bought in the past. It was difficult to find a new provider. When we found 'Hair Supply' we were delighted. This is the second time purchasing the Rogaine Liquid from them. The shipment arrived within a week and we are very happy with the product and price.
