If I could leave no stars, I would. I have bought so many things over the years I bought a bangle in Dec 2025 which I must have worn 8 times at most? It fell off my wrist and broke. I have been trying to reach customer services to no avail. I’ve tried the web form, I’ve tried the email address, even called the phone number on the website and left a voice message. I also left a message on Instagram!!!!! It is shocking that a brand that considers itself high end and claims its products are ‘for life’ is unavailable when a regular customer is trying to resolve a product issue!! Very disappointing.

A dear friend has the Halcyon Days Christmas Enamel box Collection from 2000 through 2024. I tried to surprise her with the 2025 Box, but the surprise for me was that they were sold out in the US. The probem was resolved when I had a positive responce from the UK Customer Service representative that they could produce this box.

I asked at short notice for a message to be put in with the gift and they were extremely helpful. They also delayed delivery until nearer the birthday which made such a difference. They responded immediately.

We have a collection of Easter eggs and Christmas boxes. The quality and design is really excellent. This year their service really surpassed itself. We have 43 Easter eggs collected annually for my daughter since her birth. In 2024 I forgot to buy one and got on to them in a panic. Within a few days they said they had found one for me and sent it very quickly. Really excellent service.

Great Experience with Halcyon days, they literally could not do enough for me to ensure that my Easter Egg gift arrived at the right time. Highly recommended.

It is somewhat tricky to order from US. Your “partners” are unable to personlize your enamel boxes. Contacted Jamie Powell in youe customer support and he put me in touch with Jacqueline, who hanled my order brilliantlt, effeciently and professionally. Box arrived on time and exactly as ordered. She took all the stress away. Gold star!!

Perfect and attentive service. My bespoke box wish came true and it is just as I hoped it would be. Every minor adjustment I requested, was happily and easily accommodated. I was surprised about how easy it was and would definitely order such a box again.

I have ordered from HD before and on this occasion I ordered an enamel box as a Christmas gift for my sister. Unfortunately I had to chase the order over a period of days and was finally informed there was an issue in the production process with the original item I had ordered. Jacqueline from Customer Services was lovely and most helpful in dealing with the issue, helping to resolve it quickly and efficiently for me.
