I have felt supported, informed, treated with respect throughout the entire process of my claim. Every question has been answered and thoroughly explained. I had changed my name and address and that was an issue that was resolved by this company, quickly and efficiently. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

I would not have thought about lodging a claim on my own behalf and assumed that the money was lost however Hallbrook Partners made the process seem so simple and with their assistance, we have been successful in recovering funds which I assumed were gone for ever. Whoever I spoke to in my communications were very helpful and courteous.
