I understand exactly what you are telling me, but you must understand I bought 3 HaloGrows back in December last year and they will run out this week, and I have had no new growth at all, that is why I am asking for a refund. But what I would agree to, is for you to send me your new production to try and if that works then I would consider buying more from you.

You need to check back on your records because I did complain within 30 days and you refused to give me back my money then, so do not worry I will carry on putting bad comments on all the Social Media Platforms by telling everyone in the world how bad your Company treats its customers and that your guarantee is a load of rubbish because you never intended to honour it anyway.
So please do not worry as I will still be giving you bad reviews on all the social media sites so you will be the losers in the end and it will give your company a very bad reputation and so it will cost you a lot more money than you owe me. Plus I hope you go bankrupt in the mean time.

This company is a SCAM. I have experience the same as other reviewers.

This should have been £31.98 instead this company has taken £63.98 from my account.
Dealing with their online support is like dealing with idiots I have yet to receive the parcel which I am returning. I will also report them to Which scam site and Trading Standards.

I tried to cancel within minutes of ordering with no success. Terrible customer service. Be careful if you have a problem,!

I got and offer of £15.99 and ordered out of curiosity to try on 10.04.26. Same day the company took £64.95 from my account. I contacted the company trading name Parmatrade FZCO and told then to cancel the order and there wasn't any response. The order was delivered on 21.04.26 and return it on 25.04.26 using the return address at the back of the parcel and the company received it on 27.04.26. Up to now l haven't received my money, I received only email from different people telling me to return the parcel by clicking return parcel on their link. Despite numerous attempts telling them that l don't have the item now as l have already paid myself to return the parcel using royal mail. I gave them the tracking details but still not received my money. THIS LOOKS LIKE A SCAM COMPANY, BE WARNED AND BUY AT OWN RIK. Even school kids can do a better job than this company. Scummers

This company is a con. I put an order for £63 in and they then stole a further £39.99 from my bank account.
They have set up a continuous authority on my account without permission. We’ve tried to cancel but the only sure way is to block them with your bank or card. Pure theft

I would give this company no stars if could , look on trustpilot , like me so many people have been ripped off by this company adding extra orders in people baskets without their permission, my order was £39.99 , they put another order in for £63.96 , so they charged me £103.95. I tried to cancel after 5 mins , got a reply 24 hours later saying order has been sent. Read all the reviews and spread the news. Don’t Buy. !!!!!!!
