Fantastic service

Fantastic service - and hugely helpful resolving issues with delivery address (caused by myself!). I couldn't have expected better support, in particular from Steve who was brilliantly patient with me and quick to respond and resolve the issue. Will certainly be back as a customer timer and again in the future.

Paid extra for nominated delivery day

Paid extra for nominated delivery day. Wasn’t delivered, got an email from Evri to say it was delayed. Going to a busy household which was why I specified the delivery day Evri have been unable to successfully deliver and are returning the hamper to the supplier which completely messes up my present giving. A very bad experience. Unable to comment on the quality of the hamper obviously.

Excellent Customer Service

Was very concerned when hamper was delivered to a neighbour of my brother. The neighbour didnt take it round to him that evening so i thought all was lost. Customer Service promptly replied to my email and assured me that if the hamper wasnt located, they would replace it. My brother finally managed to catch his neighbour in and the hamper was duly handed over. Customer Service were extremely helpful and professional throughout and in regular contact with me regards updates. I would highly recommend Hampers.com and will definitely use them again. Excellent!

No gift box, just the box its shipped in!!

Paid £100 for a hamper. Very poor, feel ripped off. Worst of all, the box they send it in is the actual gift box. Arrived covered in dirt/dust etc from delivery van, just a brown cardboard box, 3/4 full of shredding. Will not order again, much better value companies out there.

I ordered 6 hampers

I ordered 6 hampers, putting in all different addresses for delivery. They were all delivered to me! No help from your customer service. If different addresses did not go through, the site cannot be good. Cost me £50 to post by royal mail

1 star review removed

I wrote a 1 star review over the weekend because five parcels I ordered came to my home address despite me filling in five addresses on their order system. I rang them on Saturday and a young girl said there was nothing that could be done. HOWEVER, once their office came back in today they have dealt with the problem in an excellent way. Once the weekend was over they couldn't have dealt with this better. Great service, mistakes happen!

First time hamper customer

I used hampers.com for the first time to order gifts for family. My father in law was very pleased with the cheeses hamper we sent.
There was a problem with the delivery of the other hamper that I'd ordered. After I got in touch with hampers.com they dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently and kept me informed. They were friendly and helpful - excellent customer service and I'd definitely buy from here again.

From America with Love

I ordered two hampers for friends in the UK. As I am in the US, I initially attempted to order similar gifts from Amazon from here. In many instances, after going through the entire ordering process, I was advised that the company in question could not send items to the UK. This was in spite of my search parameters clearly was for "Gifts to send to the UK." It was very frustrating.

After a quick Google search, I discovered Hampers.com. The variety of price points and hamper contents was quite nice.

Delivery was on time and accurate. My friends were very happy with their gifts. They sent me photos and I was pleased how nicely they were packaged. The presentation was superb.

Very good value for the items, presentation, and delivery. Next time, I will check out Hampers.com first!

hamper not been delivered…

My hamper has not been delivered even though it stated delivery was 2 working days and Can’t get the tracking information. Delivery also charged at £10 even if though it systems free uk delivery.
