Beautiful liner for my Mulberry Alexa
I bought a liner and base shaper for my oversized Mulberry Alexa and it fitted perfectly. This was my 6th liner from the amazing company that is Handbag Angels and I would never go anywhere else. Each order is beautifully packaged and turnaround time between ordering and despatch is so quick! I'd recommend Handbag Angels to anyone who loves their bags ❤️.

My order arrived yesterday and I just wanted to say thank you and I’m so, so happy with it! The cushion and bag liner are so nicely made and were so beautifully packaged, they looked so good I didn’t want to undo the ribbon!

Our Email Communication 12/01/25:
As stated in multiple places on our website we only accept returns/exchanges when the fault is our own.
All our products are bespoke & handmade and this is why we have the policy in place.
We receive many requests to return our items when customers decide they don't want to keep the bags they have purchased or simply ordered the wrong size, but this is no fault of ours and therefore we must stand by our no returns policy.
In this instance you expected to receive a handbag when we could not be clearer on our website that we absolutely do not sell handbags. We are a handbag liner business.
Excellent product and service.
Communication was excellent once established, and it was honest too. The item itself is of the highest quality with a fit and finish that is outstanding at this price. My wife is very happy with her bag liner and I would definitely buy fro. Handbag Angels again. Thank you.

Missed Christmas dispatch with awful support
I ordered a bag insert on December 17th, and despite being charged and emailing 4 times over 10 days I never received any update on my order. The order was never dispatched and I wasn't able to give it as a Christmas gift. When I finally got a reply they just refunded my order despite me still wanting it.

Very poor customer service
Submitted measurements for my bag for a liner to be made. Liner is far too big and cannot get hold of the company to discuss. Have emailed 3 times and no contact number to call. Really disappointing for such an expensive liner.
7.12.25 you have emailed me twice to tell me this is my fault as I sent you the external measurements from the Mulberry website in a screenshot. At no point did anyone contact me to tell me I’d made an error even though you had the screenshot. I understand I made an error but it is has clearly happened before looking at the other reviews. My review stands despite you arguing with me to take it down. I have spent a lot of money with you over the years and am really disappointed at you being keener to prove you are right than actual customer service.

Bespoke order expertly made
I ordered a bespoke liner for a BV chain pouch. I have previously ordered several bag liners from their stock range and have always been very happy with the quality and attention to detail. My bespoke order was perfect, beautifully packaged as always and turned around in within a week. When designer bags are so expensive, investing in a quality British made liner to protect your bag is a no brainier. Highly recommended Handbag Angels.
