This company offers an outstanding commitment to providing overall quality products with an attention to detail that made the purchase experience truly pleasant. I ordered a custom watch strap that required specific measurements regarding lug width and depth for my watch that has unique and customized lugs!!!... not only did the Handdn artisans take painstaking efforts to ensure their watch strap would fit my watch by communicating with me throughout the manufacturing process, but they also completed my custom order within their stated time of 5 - 7 business days!!! Truly amazing and am in the process of ordering more watch straps!!! ...am definitely a lifetime customer!!!!

Unfortunately, the bracelet is not up to the expected quality. It looks quite different from the product photo, and the perceived quality feels low. Poor value for money compared to other bracelets I have purchased from other websites.

I bought the strap pay taxes and then was notified after shipped that I had to pay customs and it was an additional $25 charge by the time it was all set and done. It was just under 200 for this strap. I assumed the van was coming from New Jersey, but it came from Vietnam, which is OK. I just feel like paint customs was very surprised to me outside of that. The band is great beautiful color, beautiful quality.

My iWatch band arrived within time frame given and is just beautiful. I’m sure I will enjoy it for many years to come. Any questions asked were answered promptly. Will use this site again

Great customer service, who really make sure your order is a good fit when you order a custom size. The the straps I ordered have very good quality leather and a detailed and flawless finish. The website is very easy to navigate, the choice is great and the order process is quick and professional. I will certainly be back for a few more options.

The quality of the watch band is excellent. However, ordering the correct size was confusing and I ended up with a band that is too long and loose. I had to supply photos in order to qualify for a return and I am still waiting. I just want to exchange the regular size for a small size. I asked to exchange the band the same day I received it so the likelihood that I was trying to deceive the company was unlikely.

The service and strap construction was great, but I felt the look and colouring of the final strap - patina alligator - looked different than what was pictured.

I’ve lost track of how many straps. Only thing I would suggest is to update your product line. There are a number of choices out of stock. Why keep that on a page?
