I was very disappointed THEY FIXED IT
I am very disappointed. The leather Vintage Cognac Alligator Round Scales looks like it was painted. I don't think I will ever put this strap on the on the Omega Globemaster it was purchased for.
UPDATE
My expectations might have unrealistic. Handdn's customer support has been exceptional. They have bent over backwards to make me happy.

Fantastic quality and workmanship
Received the straps and they are fantastic! My wife is very happy with hers and I am ecstatic with mine!
Both are very soft/pliable and really do not require breaking in. Big plus!
I especially love the orange box stitching for mine, really brings the colours out which I wanted to achieve. Already considering another black strap with orange stitching but not sure what I want yet.

Are you strap snob?
From the initial planning to the end product and ensuring I was informed the entire way, this was by far the best strap purchase I have had to date. The buckle design was always wrong or didn’t fit right with other companies based on the fact that I prefer a thicker padded leather strap. If you have specific preferences regarding your strap, this is the place to be and I’m sure you will enjoy your product designed by you with their help!

Had a beautiful Cordovan Cognac band…
Had a beautiful Cordovan Cognac band make for my JLC Master UltraThin. I sent pictures of the watch and Hollyn answered all my questions and made great suggestions as far a thickness of padding.
Band is stunning. Love the Cordovan Horse Membrane. Very smooth and shinny. Will get another band made for my Sub.

Another perfect fit, and it looks & feels great. The strap was created and shipped out super fast and, although my country has burdened the world with trade wars, the Handdn team was very helpful in easing the import process.
