Delivery specified Royal Mail 48 hour…
Delivery specified Royal Mail 48 hour tracked , it wasn’t . It was royal Mail 2nd class , way cheaper and slower … it took a week to arrive . I’m ok with using 2nd class , what I don’t like is paying for one service and receiving a cheaper alternative

I am really sorry about the delay here - unfortunately the bank holiday service did delay things a little bit on Royal Mail's end. This was sent via Royal Mail 48, which is their untracked service, and is stated on all confirmation emails. I can see that this took 5 days to arrive from dispatch, not excluding non-working days.
As a gesture of goodwill, I will refund the postage cost back for you, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. I really hope you do choose to use our little business again, as we truly care about the experience that all of our customers have.

Fantastic handles and great value for money!
Bought some handles to change my kitchen cupboard handles. I bought some brass ones, and the quality is amazing. They’re such good value for money, and look super expensive! I ordered on bank holiday, and the items was dispatched same day and came really quickly. 10/10 customer service, and won’t hesitate to order again!

Another great experience
Another great experience.
I have ordered from Handle and Home before and was impressed by the service and product quality.
This time round, I did receive the wrong item, however when I contacted them, the issue was immediately resolved. They sent out the correct handles extremely fast and they were perfect. I was supplied a postage label for the incorrect ones (which I sent back) and I've not felt any hassle in the process. As a side note; the incorrect handles were also lovely but didn't match my theme which was a shame.
