I am really sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the delivery service.
I have had a look at the order for you, and the next day delivery option was not selected - it was the Royal Mail 48 standard delivery that was chosen at checkout, and was dispatched on Wednesday 1st April for you. Unfortunately, due to the Bank Holiday, there was a slight delay in the service from Friday 3rd April - Monday 6th April, with little to no services running, which is known to happen. This parcel was then delivered for you when the service resumed on Tuesday 7th April.
I am sorry if this has inconvenienced you in any way, and we really do hope you choose to come back to our little business again - we really do value our customer's experiences!
