They read the notes/comments section asking them to write a set message in the card, as I was isolating so couldn't get to the post office. They even replied to say they had done it and it wasn't a problem. Will definitely use again.

It was very easy to order from the website, especially with the Mother’s Day section. The gift came really quickly and packaged safely. On opening the product I could see that everything was perfect and unique. The only thing I would change is to have some tracking information on the parcel as I didn’t know it had been shipped so wasn’t expecting the package to arrive. However it was lovely and will definitely order from here again.

Handmade Design is one of my favourite places to buy gifts and cards. Laura is so organised and sources some beautiful pieces.
On this occasion I ordered chocolates to be delivered to a friend- she was delighted to receive her birthday gift.

Laura's gorgeous little shop is my first port of call if I need a unique, quirky gift for someone all year round. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all her customers are happy. Can't fault this wonderful, independent shop that's a short walk away!

I have used Handmade Design on several occasions during lockdown, to send items to people I can't see in person. Their customer service is first class - quick, efficient and friendly. The range of products is superb - interesting and in a wide range of price ranges. The kind of things we miss browsing for in independent shops these days. I am particularly fond of the anniversary cards, which cover early anniversaries, where the modern style is especially well suited to young couples. The letterbox ranges are also a lovely way of keeping in touch with friends and family in lockdown.
