Service Excellence from H&T employee Nicky.
Today I dealt with Nicky at the Stockton branch and was negotiating for a Breitling watch with trade in. Although the deal didn’t go ahead I would like to thank Nicky for her professionalism and superior customer service. Nicky was very helpful and knowledgeable and is a credit to H&T.

I have put positive reviews about this…
I have put positive reviews about this store to be disappointed over time. I had to complain about a repair they try to charge me for a ring that needs a bar on it. On my life they said it would cost £400 for this repair which is outrageous. The piece it needs the size of a safety pin! I just had the final response to my complaint they said it was found as reasonably priced! So my complaint is not up held I found this store to be like every other business a rip off. Try somewhere else first.
