Good product. One more coat of the clear lacquer would have been better. I have to watch out for snags from the wood.

Box was damaged-wooden hangers were scratched. CS rep sent more hangers quickly. I appreciated that.

Having ordered twice before from hangers.com, I decided to outfit my sons’ closets. We ordered two sets of 125, but only received 200. The hangers were in poor quality. When I called to tell them about the missing 50 hangers, I also inquired about returns. It’s not worth it. They charge for shipping and restocking. So, as a result, my husband and I have spent HOURS sanding, smoothing, and cleaning the hangers so they don’t snag our sons’ clothes. I will say that the representative was very nice and quickly shipped out the missing 50 hangers (and they were in much better condition than the others). Either way way, I spent so much money and I’m extremely disappointed. The quality is no longer the same.

I have ordered many of the Matte Black hangers from Hangers.Com and just love them! All the hangers throughout our closets in our house are the same and look so nice in each of the closets.

I ordered hangers. First, they said the finish I requested was out of stock. When I said I was okay with the other finish they told me it was out of stock. Neither would be in stock for approx. 6 months.

I ordered thicker than normal hangers for heavy items and I’m really pleased with them. They were shipped quickly and delivered quickly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I placed an order. What I ordered was not currently available. I received a timely response from Hangers.com asking if I wanted to make a substitution, which was suggested. Or I could wait for the original item to become available. A time frame was provided. That is what I call customer service. I have received my hangers and am very satisfied!

The quilt hanger I received is beautiful, very strong, large, and sturdy. I have purchased other quilt hangers in the past and they are much worse and flimsy in comparison. also Hangers.com shipped very fast!

We ordered the wrong hangers and needed to return the product. Hangers.com does not pay for returns, as such it cost almost as much as the order to return the items and a restocking fee to boot.
