No drama refund!
Unfortunately I needed to return a Barbour wax jacket purchased online via the Hanley & Co website. The returns process was simple and straight-forward with a refund being issued back to my card within 24 hours - no fuss, no drama.
I will certainly use Hanley & Co for future purchases knowing that their Customer Service is so efficient.
