Poor service and not as advertised
Claim next day delivery if ordered before 2pm , I ordered at 7am on Thursday but the package failed to arrive and would not be delivered until after the weekend.
Conflicting information received from the shop and the mail provided, DPD on the whereabouts and delivery times of the package. Confusing so better to avoid.
Waiting on a refund and hoping that process is at least straight forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We can confirm that your order was dispatched on schedule to our delivery partner on Thursday as per our next-day delivery promise. Unfortunately, despite being collected from us that same day, it was not delivered by our courier on Friday. Our courier took full responsibility for this as they explained to you.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. While the delay was outside our control, we're genuinely sorry you didn't receive the service you expected.
