I was stuck in a career not suited to me. Hans helped me formulate a plan, involving understanding my strengths and goals (with the help of the Enneagram assessment), assessing career options against a framework, and gaining the confidence to make the change. I’m now taking a year out to do a masters in Building Surveying, and feel empowered and excited about the future. This wouldn’t have been possible without Hans. I booked a session with Hans to prepare for an upcoming training contract interview at a magic circle firm. I had a relatively good idea of what I might expect but Hans superseded those expectations.
