I purchased a Hanstrom Verana 3-in-1 Swan Touch Instant Boiling Water Tap with Boiler & Filter in brushed gold back in early 2023 in preparation for a complete kitchen refit. The refit was finally completed with the tap and boiler being installed some three months later. Some 12+ months later it developed a slight leak, although technically outside the warranty period, the extremely helpful customer services who actually answer the phone and respond quickly replaced the part that was leaking with no fuss. Whilst I can’t give the product a star rating as it leaked it the 5+ star rating from the customer services more than compensates. So, I have no issues with giving the overall product experience 5 stars.

Being in a wheelchair this 3 in 1 tap is a game changer for me as using a kettle was dangerous. I can now be independent. First class product.

The 3 in 1 tap we bought from Hanstrom is excellent. I love the way it looks - really slick in our modern kitchen and so much less clunky than the separate boiling water tap we had before.
The price is also a real selling point - it was the best, cheapest product on the market.

Very satisfied. Bought the Hanstrom 3 in 1boiling water tap on recommendation from a friend who had been impressed with his. My 40 year old Daughter who lives with us has severe rheumatoid and osteoporosis is able to use the tap easily and it has restored that element of independence for her. Support and after care service from Hanstrom has been very helpful, prompt and efficient giving all round service. Hence the 5 star rating

I would highly recommend dealing directly with Hanstrom, the website and details were excellent as a first time shopper of multiple purpose tap. Notification of order and delivery was prompt. An extra thanks to Ahmed who helped me with my queries and kind resolution. I've not fitted the tap yet but all components are solid, heavy and manufactured to a high standard.

Like many others on here, the boiler stopped working just over a year after being fitted. As the warantee is only a year, the company hasnt offered anything other than for us to buy a new boiler at £120. Seems like the boilers are not made to last much longer than one year. Wish I had spent more on a better brand.

I bought it last year and it came with perfect condition. tap looks nice and stylish. after using for 6 months the boiler seems not working well. Called the them and Ahmed from CS is helpful and finally send me the replacement. all good

We have enjoyed our boiling water tap for around a year now and couldn’t be without it! We unfortunately had an issue with the boiler and upon contacting the customer service team, Ahmed provided superb customer service - swiftly contacting us to talk through and help resolve the issue for us. Great customer service from the team at Verana/Hanstrom. The taps look great and deliver boiling water efficiently as promised. Any issues the customer service team are contactable through emails and phone calls, looking to resolve any issues you may have. When there was a problem with my equipment the team organised a replacement to be sent out to get the tap back in working order again. Looking forward to fitting the replacement and enjoying the instant boiling water again!

Instant Boiler stopped working, contacted Ahmed who kindly resolved the issue by issuing me a new boiler to fix the concern.

Recommend Hanstrom and Verana tap.

Ordered a 3-in-1 tap. The handle was too long for my installation and was hitting the back splash. Rang up Verana and they arranged for a shorter handle to be sent out.

Ahmed was a great help.
