I made an enquiry regarding a small replacement part. In less than 24 hours, Jordan Crowley was in touch and had organised dispatch. Can't ask for better service than that.

I cannot recommend Nigel Hanna highly enough, he was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. he sorted the problem and got me back up and running in no time.

Awesome product, and Colin Le did a great job on the installation. Turns out my kitchen was originally designed quite poorly, so removing the old tap and installing the new one proved quite tricky!

From first contact Quooker have been brilliant. Julian my initial customer service contact was extremely helpful and informative. Every question was answered quickly and informatively. This is my second Quooker tap a super upgrade
Tony, my fitter, was wonderful. Friendly and extremely able. Couldn’t ask for a better technician.
The tap is super easy to operate and really efficient. If I have one concern it is with the pull out part which does not operate as smoothly as demonstrated on the video.
Lastly, I received a few gifts with my install, flasks and glasses. The glasses especially are great and I hope to purchase a few more if they are available

Absolutely can’t fault the Qooker staff and products. My Qooker Tape needed a reset as it was flashing 3+1. I by spoke to Ellie and she talked me through how to do a reset. The staff are very knowledgeable unhelpful should anything go wrong which is quite unlikely for Qooker. still really enjoying our hot Tap, also all the people that visit due to.

I would like to make people aware that quooker products is not what you think. The product manufactured in Netherlands works very well as they have soft water. A lot of towns in uk have hard water where quooker doesn’t work well. What the company does is makes profit on servicing the product on a yearly basis at a cost of £200 per visit excluding parts replacement . This service is a must as the product will have limescale issues regularly which they have not made it very public. The cost annually could be on average £250 including replacements required due to limescale. Be aware of this issue before you get excited in buying the product.

Matthew Jordan was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Our hot tap is back to normal. Excellent service.

We had our tap serviced by our local engineer, Nathan Clark. He actually arrived early, having called first to make sure it was ok to come. He did a great job, left the place clean and tidy. Tap is working great. Paying the extra to get a Quooker-trained engineer is definitely worth it.

I had an issue following a Thames water disruption. The filter water stopped working and I needed a hard reset.
Szymon Buczek was extremely helpful in guiding me, step by step, explaining everything. Great service.
Wait time was a bit long so pls hire more amazing people.

The engineer(Nathan Clark) called to say he would be earlier than planned. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to help. He was also very friendly. A job well done.

Very happy with our first service by Calum.He was very professional,polite & tidy.Calum adjusted the pipework to the Quooker which had been originally installed by our kitchen fitter to make everything more secure.Excellent service.

We had a Quooker tap and Cube system installed today by Calum. He called ahead of arriving, was very friendly and professional throughout. He explained what he was going to do and did a really good installation job keeping everything very neat and tidy under the sink. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and product. The engineer, Colin Le, did an excellent job fitting the tap in the tight space of our kitchen and explained its functions very well. Jack Samuels from the Sales Team was also very helpful demonstrating it to us initially and in communications after. Highly recommend!
