I tried to cancel before my item was in transit (2 days before) and they emailed me the day it went in transit to let me know they can’t cancel. Ive asked for certifications to show me safety and received a generic test report. They won’t answer my questions clearly and only reply once a day - if that.
Scam Artists DO NOT BUY!
The shipping box the item arrived in was damaged. I could not salvage the box due to the condition is was in.
The wheels do not travel lock as described in the item description.
The foldable side mechanisms do not work correctly. It takes immense effort to get them to lock and unlock. I attached a photo when attempting to work with support of the one side that will not stay locked in the functioning position. As soon as I pull it up one side locks in place but the other side does not.
For the amount of time it took for me to receive this item over 20 days I am very disappointed in the quality & function of the item.
Then to boot the customer service is horrible and they drag you along with troubleshooting something that cannot be fixed and when you ask for a refund within the proper timeframe they stop responding to your requests.

I didn’t realize it would be shipped from China to the U.S. When it finally arrived, it came with instructions, but they were very difficult to understand. Waited over a month for more than $400 worth of items that showed up in a shredded and broken box- sent photos to company to request replacement forced us to unpack everything and video it. Then tried to refuse replacing the damaged items, then stated we needed to ship everything back after forcing us to unpack the unusable box to SINGAPORE - why? This is a company that claims to be out of Oregon? I cannot discourage buying from this company enough. Very disappointing.

Do not deal or buy anything with Happy Gira, we bought the baby basinet and it came delayed and damaged. We were expecting the item before the birth of our child. It came 2 weeks after. When it arrived it came damaged. The box looked like something that had fallen off a truck. I was so upset by this, I contacted Happy Gira customer support right away and made a video of the unboxing. Not only did they say "shipping was not there fault, but they continued on to say no refund or exchange was available" because they stated "it doesnt fall under product defects". So if shipping is not there fault, how is it my fault for the company they hired to deliver the damaged product. We continued to exchange emails back and fourth as the basinet was $400 and we did not want to use a damaged/dirty item for our newborn child. I am happy to provide anyone photos of how the product arrived. I wish I could have uploaded them here. They have the worst customer service. They are not based out of the USA they are located in Singapore, so not only do they not support their customers but they also lie about thier company. DO NOT BUY FROM HAPPY GIRA.

Delivery times
Delivery times should be specified on the page where the item is purchased ("waning: this item will take 30+ business days for delivery as it is bigger than an apple"), not on a separate page ("shipping policy") with no direct link from the payment page (that simply says "free shipping"). This way of doing business is simply unehtical and will hopefully put them out of business.

Do not order from here, like some other reviews stated, it took us a month to receive a playpen from them and it came with scratches and some items pre-assembled incorrectly. The door attachment didn’t line up with the rest of the setup. We reached out to customer service and they told us it looks like we must be having trouble and to just reassemble the piece we had never assembled (and could not given the type of screw) on our own. It has been a huge headache trying to get this resolved as they aren’t listening to us and I fear we will not receive a refund or replacement. Since they have to approve all reviews that go up, I’m guessing that’s why they’re high rated because this has been such a waste of money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered their Baby Bassinet for Newborns, it took almost 1 month to arrive and upon unboxing it found that it was defective. The folding legs which came pre attached were in the wrong position making the product unusable. I followed all protocols (sending video and photos) within the required time period to show that the Bassinet was defective, hoping for a replacement. I received one response suggesting I try to fix it myself, which was impossible as the legs had been riveted on in the factory. I emailed the company everyday and have been completely ignored. The product is flimsy and cheaply made I would not put a newborn baby in this. This company has no contact phone number and upon searching their address find that it is linked to a website design company. I would avoid Happy Gira at all costs

I purchased a twin stroller with two car seats on January 16, and as of February 3, it is still nowhere close to being delivered. There was no clear notice on the website that shipping could take one to two months or more. Had I known this, I would have ordered elsewhere.
The lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, and the customer service experience has been terrible. No clear updates, no urgency to resolve the issue—just frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid this website!
Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever, do not buy from this company. Shipped product too late for event. Requested cancellation when advised of delay, was told to receive first and then return. On receipt was advised they just needed a video to show unboxing and would arrange return. Sent video. Weeks of chasing followed. after whichr they changed their mind and refused return. Multiple messages with Matt in customer service that repeatedly made errors and contradictions. This company is to be avoided.
Fake company! You’ll never receive what you ordered!
I think this company may be a fraud and these reviews fake. I Order an expensive playpen from them almost a month ago and they sent me a tracking number that seems to be fraudulent. It makes no sense, says it was shipped from “SG” then was in customs then was in Los Angeles then was still being cleared by customs. Still have no receive my items and they haven’t responded to my email.
Replacement Parts…
I purchased the natural timber baby gate about 6 months ago and some of the hinges got damaged during a move. I reached out to the Happy Gira support team to inquire about purchasing replacement parts. They were quick to respond and were able to help my with my problem.
Customer service is fishy
This is an awful company. Ordered something on 12/19 and it’s now been 3 weeks and never arrived - even though they charged me right away; and it shows “delivered” on their self-created tracking website.
1/23: Update: JUST received item but it’s literally been over a month which is pretty outrageous. They should at least have updated more accurately - I still feel uneasy about the customer service - the way they go about things is fishy. Actual product (baby lounger) is excellent which is unfortunate. I won’t be using them again unfortunately.

Awful experience with these people, the happygira website tracks your order however this information appears to be completely fraudulent, data entered by happygira to simulate product movement. I placed this order on 12/17/24. They promptly created a UPS shipping label and billed me for my order. As of 1/9/25 UPS still does not have my order. I don’t understand how this company has made to the top of a google search. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and reporting them. Don’t trust the positive reviews they are fake and don’t buy from this company they are a complete scam.

The bassinet is 5/5- it is beautiful and feels safe and secure. Would absolutely purchase again. We had problems with the changing table clips as they were engineered incorrectly, however customer service has been responsive and is sending us new clips. Hoping these will secure the changing table so that we can use it.
They lied and misled us about delivery…
They lied and misled us about delivery time. Product comes from Singapore. Takes a month to arrive instead of the 7-10 days they told me at checkout. Their customer service is trying to make it out like this is an "unexpected" delay. They know where they have to ship from and are lying when they tell you how long it will take. Do not buy if you can't wait a month
