Above and beyond
Didn’t manage to fix my phone, however gave me an alternative option which made my phone turn on. Lovely service.
I also brought a vape prior to my phone being broken and again so helpful and the vape is amazing. Very cheap
Will definitely be returning.

Took my son's ipad as the screen was smashed. Fantastic customer service, dropped the ipad off at 10am was fixed by 4.30pm. Very impressed.

A superb shop with friendly, helpful staff
I needed a case and a screen protector for my new iPhone 16. I thought I’d try this shop instead of buying online, as I was attracted by the name “happy mobiles”. I wondered if they might live up to it - and they certainly did. I had three or four people looking after me, showing case after case, explaining different points about each one, and being extremely patient with me as I deliberated amongst the huge selection that they laid out in front of me. I have never felt so looked after in a shop in decades! Following this, one of the team expertly fitted a screen protector for me.
But that was only the start. Before I found the shop, I’d bought a pack of two glass screen savers for my little iPad Mini. I’d had a go at fitting one of them and make a complete hash of it at home. I dropped Happy Mobiles a line and asked it they would fit the other one for me for a fee. They came straight back and said that as I was a customer, they’d do it for free while I waited if I popped the iPad into them. Absolutely lovely service.
I don’t ever write reviews, but I simply felt that I wanted to on this occasion. I absolutely recommend Happy Mobiles based on my experience, and they really do live up to their name!
