I’m extremely disappointed with this cooker and the response from both the supplier and manufacturer.

We have experienced continuous safety issues while using it, despite only cooking for two people and using small to medium-sized pots ). We do not use oversized cookware, so the explanation provided simply doesn’t reflect how the product is actually being used.

The rubber buffers on the cooker repeatedly fall off and are clearly not heat-resistant. This makes the appliance unsafe and, in my view, unfit for purpose.

When I raised this issue, I was told that the problem is “typically” caused by using pans that are too large and that replacement buffers would need to be glued in place. I was also warned that if this happens again, it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. This feels like an attempt to shift responsibility onto the customer rather than address what appears to be a design or material fault.

While an engineer visit has been offered, the suggestion that normal, everyday use is the cause of the problem is both frustrating and concerning.

I expected a much higher standard of quality and customer support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

We love the orange range cookers. We would have liked a single 120cm range but although we were replacing another of the same size we found we were unable to do this as our kitchen is downstairs. We understand this is largely due to H&S issues although we were also advised that it is not good for the range to have to tip it. We are happy with the two 60cm ranges side by side with a single plinth/kickboard and back trim which makes it look more like a single unit.

The double oven was delivered promptly however there was a scratch on the hob which Bertazzoni dealt with professionally and with no fuss via an immediate replacement. We love the layout of the 5 burner hob.
The electric oven cooks and holds the heat extremely well. We find we are using 150 degrees compared to 180 degrees on our old cooker. The signs for the different modes of cooking are a little difficult to see without reading glasses but hey that’s the only criticism we have. Great piece of kit and looks fantastic.

Issue with my new freezer is being replaced .
Absolutely brilliant company , received a phone call from the uk manager. Dealing with my faulty freezer. I highly recommend Bertazzoni and will soon purchase there 60cm induction cooker.

The cooker is a handsome addition to the kitchen and has enhanced our experience of cooking. It was fitted efficiently and the old cooker removed likewise. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Very happy with our Bertazzoni Range 120cm. It’s well made with solid pot supports and oven shelves. We researched every brand of range cooker for our new kitchen replacing a failing Mercury Range. Using the oven is simple and love the digital read out. Gets to temperature quickly and beeps to let you know when it has. Looking forward to cooking more with our new appliance

Loving my new Bertazzoni cooker. I started off with a cooker made by their main competitor (the one beginning with Sme~) but whilst it was functionally good, the fan rattled tinnily, the finish lacked attention to detail, and it had several faults. So I changed it for a Bertanzzoni. It functions beautifully (better than the other one), looks fabulous, and feels solid in every way.

Great hob but took ages to arrive , was told 2- 3 weeks arrived after 4 weeks eventually. With some confusion from the retailer.
Hob has a nice dark enamel finish shame the front where the knobs are is not done in the same sheen finish as leaves smears very easily.

Good capacity

After a couple of initial hiccups with the Master 100 Electric Induction range on delivery, I was pleased with the way in which the Bertazzoni technical team responded and resolved the issues. I am now delighted with my new cooker, particularly the induction hob.

This is a beautiful cooker. It is so powerful and sleek. There are a few things that could be improved, and they are really small.
1: The instruction manual does not include information on how to set up the thermometer, and there are few illustrations, or links to youtube for directions.
2: Setting the timer is a real fiddle. It would be better with a dial. Prodding at the tiny square to increase the time minute by minute is tedious.

I’ve been using my range 100 for a couple of weeks now and i love it. The induction is great with boosters to get to the right temperature quickly, and all the dishes I’ve cooked in the ovens taste much better!

Early days, but beautiful design combined with ease of use. Love the display. Very pleased so far.

The thermocouple on the large burner is not working so the burner does not stay alight, and the support service I rang at 5:30 on Friday says leave a message but then the system said the mail box is full so I can not leave a message considering we have had the hob only since installed and usable since December it is very disappointing to have to arrange a repair
