I've purchased accounts via Happy Smurf for a few years now and the service is always top notch. Best prices around, they accept tons of payment methods and best of all your account is delivered to you instantly. The one time I didn't receive the account immediately was due to the crytpo wallet and not Happy Smurf. I emailed them and the person responding let me know it was a common thing and to give it 15 minutes. In 5 minutes I had my account. That was the only time I had to wait for an account and I've purchased a few.

Great Product, Slower than advertised Delivery
The product was as expected and even better in some aspects, however the delivery was advertised as "instant 24/7 delivery via email" and it took several hours before I even received my order confirmation let alone the actual product. I wouldn't mind waiting but they advertised it as instant but lied.
