Not had the best experience. Bought a set of monkey bars last June. Had to get two posts replaced as they arrived damaged. Less than a year on and multiple screws have rusted and snapped making it unsafe to use.

The issue remains unresolved and I’ve had to raise a credit card dispute against Wickey.

Arrived sodden wet.
Instructions completely soaked.
Oversized pallet meant it couldn't be delivered to the house.

We bought the storm flyer , and its brilliant. Really strong well made product. Very communication from the seller , shipped so quick . Would definitely buy more from them .

I did lots of research on which company to go for and loved Wickey, their colour options and designs were gorgeous. However, we were sent the wrong colour accessories, when I messaged them they then sent the wrong ones again, I messaged another time and they finally sent the right colours but then when unwrapping the slide we discovered it was badly damaged and unsafe to fit and play with, we are also missing some wood pieces and no ones answering my messages. Our climbing frame and slide are too dangerous to use and we have a massive box of parts and a broken slide waiting to be collected. I’ve called twice but the line breaks two seconds after connecting my call and no one’s responding to my emails. I’m shocked at how they’re running this company.

I think the options and visuals were really easy to use for peace of mind

I have just ordered the Wickey Smart Hero for my child’s 3rd birthday party. Ordering and selecting the frame was very easy. However I would have liked a more detailed measurement picture for each frame to help me work out which fits into my garden the best

Because the monkey bars are a big financial outlay, this helped so I could come back and think about it carefully.
