My sale was due to the loss of my husband, very unexpectedly but from start to finish Jason at Harbor property has given me 100% support in every way possible, he was very helpful with everything he done to help me no matter any day or time he was there , I can't express how relieved I am today my house is sold and most of this has been down to you ,reassuring me things will be ok , even on my melt downs you took control, I can't fit in this page the amount Harbor property have done for me in this long lengthy process but I highly recommend as an estate agent that has your back , and shows empathy and genuine care and not just there for his money this man deserves a medal Jason thank you for everything and please take my advice you won't be disappointed definitely adapted to suit your needs and nothing was ever too much

Very impressed with the service we received from Jason and team. Communication was excellent and we felt fully informed and guided at every stage of the process. Our mum’s house went on the market on the Thursday and 18 viewings were arranged in the first 3 days, closing date a week later and sold for far more than we ever expected. Attempted to sell my home before with an nother estate agent and had little interest. I did not have a good experience with that estate agent at all, not many viewings, certainly no offers. Decided to use Harbour via recommendation from a friend and wow what a difference. Charlie was very honest, he recommended changes to the home to get the most interested. He was interpersonal and enjoyable to work with. Going from no interest with the previous estate agents to 3 offers with Harbour within 3 months of them posting was incredible.

Couldn’t recommend Harbor Property highly enough. My second time selling a property with Harbor and on each occasion my property sold in less than a week. This time securing 28.5k over the home report value for my one bedroom apartment. A fantastic result. The service from Ross and the team was exceptional - professional, friendly and knowledgeable . Ross was excellent at keeping me updated and informed, he signposted tradespeople to carry out necessary work, provided useful contacts in conveyancing -all of this made the whole process so much smoother. Ross handled all the viewings for me and even went the extra mile by watering my plants for me while I was on holiday!
