I was told selling your house can be seriously stressful so i was over the moon with how our experience panned out. Ann was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She sold our house before it even went on the market, we were pleasantly surprised and then it was all systems go. We decided to also go with one of their recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors and both provided excellent service throughout the process. Ann’s commitment, support and friendly service from start to finish was really appreciated and another reason why if we did sell again we would be calling her up in a heart beat.

A highly personal service from Kathy, Rav and Alison, the Premium team at DM & Co. Their responsiveness and professionalism made the whole process of selling our house smooth. This was even when events changed things. They listened to what we wanted in our next house and found us houses that met our implicit as well as explicit requirements. A pleasure to work with and would recommend.

We needed to sell our property at a time when market conditions very much favour buyers rather than sellers. Having met with a number of Estate Agents we selected DM & Co because we felt that their appraisal of market conditions and the potential sale price of our property was the most realistic.
The team worked in a timely and professional way and was responsive when we needed them to be. In particular, Ann Wood, the Sales Manager looking after our sale went above and beyond and her efforts throughout, staying in close contact and providing professional guidance as our sale progressed was especially appreciated.
As it was, our sales journey wasn’t straightforward as the initial buyers had to drop out. DM & Co did however secure a second sale which did go through in just three months from going back on the market. Quite an achievement in the current market and that is very much down to Ann and her colleagues.

Listened to what was required at take on and very understanding due to nature of sale. Rav was very good when negotiating sale as it was quite tricky at times. All staff were very polite and proactive.

We appointed DM & Co to market our property. From the beginning Kathy was very engaging, honest in her appraisal of our home and the prevailing market conditions. She provided an air of confidence that the property would sell at the asking price and, as we felt that confidence too, we decided to appoint DM.

The early photo shoot and video tour was extremely professional. We met Rav who presented the video and who would be our day to day contact. She was also engaging and kept us updated as we moved forward. I also felt that they were both very good at sharing communications between me and the buyers in the chain and making sure the buyers were fully engaged in the process. We had quite a long chain, and these are always difficult to manage.

In the end our house was formally listed in February and completed in early May. So a good job, especially as economic factors were starting to affect sentiment. So for a personal, hands-on, professional service we would recommend fully. S & S P

Buying a house is one of the biggest stresses of a lifetime, but Rav at Dm&Co made the experience such a pleasure with fast, efficient and very friendly communication. I can’t pin point one thing that made the service so much better than the last time we moved many years ago, but it was genuinely a pleasure with Rav. The chocolates and congratulations card on completion just summed up how lovely they try and make the experience for you.

I dealt with a lady named Rav the Experience From the very beginning was professional. Rav explained with some rationale the state of the market and advised a lower price than the previous Agency, handled negotiations professionally and kept me informed at all times.The selling experience was made much more pleasant due to the way it was handled and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending DM and Rav in particular. A nice touch at the end, a personal card and a box of chocolates!!

DM&Co have been excellent, especially Rav. We had a bit of a journey with our purchase, and we felt that Rav went above and beyond for us as buyers and really fought our corner when things went wrong. I'd gladly use DM&Co again in the future.

We had a great experience whilst looking for a property. Evie showed us around our first viewing but was unsuccessful with the application due to many interested parties! Chiara kept our details on file and made sure to let us know of any properties that suited our budget and what we was looking for, very friendly and professional and made our move as easy as possible! DM & Co were initially the agent for the house we wanted to buy and we were selling with someone else. But in fact we then swapped agents to sell our house with them too, and throughout the process, their interactions with us were always thorough, timely and so helpful. A very special shout out to Rav, Alison & Kathy who were managing our purchase, Sophie and Peter who were managing our sale and Ann in the office who helped us with the negotiations. The DM&Co team were very helpful in managing the successful exit of a rented property, especially the relationship management between tenant and landlord where a disagreement arose. They ensured both parties came away happy and we cannot thank Steph and Evie enough for their time and effort put in.
