Hardy and Greys Opiniones 

Beware before buying anything from Hardy, they did not stand by their world wide warranty and offered a 50% discount on a new rod instead of replacing the split lower mid section of my Angel rod or replacing the rod if they did not have the required section. Customer service was non existent. I assumed that Hardy would stand by their WW warranty as other major manufacturers do. They certainly do not !
I am having the rod repaired by an independent rod builder, will never buy anything Hardy ever again

Hardy (Pure Fishing UK) could not have done more, or been more helpful, to resolve an issue I had with a broken priest I'd purchased some years ago.

I've been using Hardy rods and reels for around 20 years and they always go above and beyond to help and so I'd continue to recommend their products and services.

Like most other customers I assumed that Hardy would stand by their WW warranty as other major manufacturers do. They do not !

This company ran away from their Lifetime warranty when my Hardy Zephrus rod was broken while fishing. They offer 50% discount on another Hardy rod instead of living up to their obligations. I will never trust them again and will never buy another product from this shitty company.
