Excellent service. Easy to book on line or whatsapp. They don't ask for upfront payment. You pay only when they have provided the service. Highly recommended. I Have used their services for the last 4 Umrah visits. I have used them for airport to hotel, between Makkah and Madinah and airport drop off. Always on time, very polite. Particularly impressed with professionalism of all Drivera and especially Asim Zaheer.

Horrible.

Driver came almost an hour late.

To make it worse, we told him to take the fastest route to our destination but he took the longest route which was around 40 minutes longer.

Both driver and manager not apologetic.

Driver was unwell. Coughing and sniffing whole drive. Was on the phone most of the drive too. Alot of abrupt braking. Not focused.

Not recommended. I've had better experience with road side taxi pick up

I used this transportation company twice. The drivers were very polite and helpfulnin heneral. The first trip was fine and I had no issues. However, the second trip was problematic.

On the second trip, the driver arrived 20 minutes late, despite yesterdays coordinationa. To make up for the delay, the driver, in some highways, drove extremely fast—around 160 km/h—on the way to the airport. This felt unsafe and created a serious safety concern.

Another major issue is that the company does not provide any invoice or receipt. When I initially asked several questions before the trip, they did not mention that invoices are not provided. Only later did they say that they do not issue invoices at all. This is problematic because there is no formal documentation of the transaction. If anything were to happen—such as an incident, accident, or dispute—there would be no evidence of having used their service.

Really Good , Inshallah if i come again to Umroh, I will bookinh again. And Driver Asim Zaheer really Good, He help Me and all My friends Much . So Thank you so Much . continued success for Haramain Transport.

we got Haramain Transport from Jeddah Airport To Mekkah & Mekkah to Medina & Medina back to Jeddah Airport. The drivers were very polite on time nice communication they speak English/Arabic so no problem Communicating! The rides are safe smooth thebcars are clean and new if you're looking to book a ride please don't hesitate to book with Haramain Transport!
