Daniels patience transporting 5 cats from Malaga to UK was fantastic. Excellent communication and caring for our cats. Made the journey a lot easier for us.

Daniel is a lovely guy, and was concerned as much about my experience as my dog’s throughout the journey. He checked in with me regularly as to how many stops me and my dog needed, if the temperature was right for us and if the speed he was driving at was comfortable. He knew when to chat and when I needed some quiet time and was genuinely caring towards my dog. Most importantly she was so chilled throughout our long journey and arrived at our destination in Spain healthy and happy. I’d thoroughly recommend Exec Pets. Thanks Dan 😊

Darren answered our requests four months ago when we knew we had to relocate from UK to Austria with our pets (parrot, rabbits and dog). He has been so friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of the journey. There's none questions that Darren-execpets won't answer even I have been sending a lot of worries Nd questions. During the journey, he has been o nice and ensure we are safe Nd comfortable for the whole journey. He cared for our pets. Can't praise his service enough. Debbie and Nigel couldn't possibly have done more to make this a stress free move for my little cat. They provided a really large travel crate, which included a small litter tray and had space for her bowls. They appeared at my door on time having let me know what time they'd be arriving, and met us at the other end of the journey on time, and brought her all the way into the new place. I got updates through whatsapp all the way along the journey and honestly my little friend's part of this 120 mile relocation was the only stress-free bit! My driver, Sami, could not have been more helpful or flexible during our journey from LHR to Nottingham. Sami was so patient and drove me with my cat to the cattery, waited for it to open, helped with the largest cat carrier I've ever seen and my own lugguage, and was so understanding and empathetic about my very nervous cat. The driving was perfect, on time, courteous and yet I feel I've found a friend in Sami. She helped make my journey and the whole day enjoyable and put me at ease in what was for me a very stressful and tiring situation.
I can't recommend Sami and ExecPets enough.

We used Exec Pets to transport our two beagle boys from Sheffield to Tropea — a journey of over 1200 miles — and the service was outstanding from start to finish.

We received regular updates throughout the trip and were able to track their progress, which gave us real peace of mind. Despite the long journey, our boys arrived happy, relaxed, and full of wagging tails — which says everything.

The vehicle was comfortable and well-equipped for the dogs, and choosing Exec Pets was actually more affordable than flying — which would have been far more stressful for them. Knowing they could travel safely and calmly made all the difference.

They arrived exactly when stated, and even went above and beyond by transporting a few additional items for us, helping reduce the cost of extra baggage — something we really appreciated.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier for both us and our boys.

I had a fabulous experience with Darren! He could’ve been nicer if we tried. I was traveling as a very anxious trailer as I have epilepsy and other issues and my cat that’s super super anxious and scared of everything. So I was dreading my move from Italy to the UK. Thank God I found Darren! He picked his up from Paris airport to drive us down to Bognor Regis, he was prepared with a train list, a litter and treats for the cat. He also had a Fabulous secure, large cat transporter in the back ready for baby my cat, which had been squished into a tiny Transport bag fit under the seat in front on the plane. The drive was calm secure and I felt immediately at ease with Darren. He’s also hilarious! So that something never bored… My cat baby relaxed immediately probably cause he could feel the energy as cats do of a kind soul that loves animals around. In fact, he slept the whole time. I would definitely be using Darren again in the future.

This people do their work with love! The new dog game without stress after a 5 hours drive to his new home! They stopped to let him walk and drink something and updates us during the trip. For sure if i need , I call again!

From the initial booking enquiry to drop off, Execpet were brilliant! Professional, informative and helpful. Our driver, Dan arrived early, ensuring the dogs (and us) were comfortable and safe throughout the 3 day journey. Dan was smart, knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly. I was looking for a company that could transport my dog from the UK, more specifically London, all the way to Portugal, and I came across Execpets Ltd online. I contacted the number provided and received a very quick response on 10th March, which was reassuring. I confirmed the booking on the 13th with a deposit, and from that point everything moved smoothly.

Darren began his journey in Matlock, Derbyshire, and made his way down to London to collect Charlie on 21st March at 7am sharp. From there, Charlie travelled to Folkestone Eurotunnel, crossing channel over to Calais, France, continuing the journey with overnight stays in pet-friendly hotels.

What really stood out was the level of communication throughout. We were kept informed every step of the way, with regular updates, photos, and videos from beginning to end. Even when a small issue arose and there was a change of driver, everything was handled quickly and professionally with absolutely no delays.

Darren was both professional and down to earth, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. The second driver completed the journey and delivered Charlie safely, with a smile and great attitude, and even managed to arrive a day earlier than expected, which was perfect for us.

I honestly can’t thank them enough. Everything was straightforward, stress-free, and handled with genuine care. I would definitely use their services again and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you truly value your pet, this is the company to trust.

Amazing service, Daniel was such a good sport, he went above and beyond to make sure our trip ran smoothly and quick, always taking really good care of my dog, felt like a road trip with family, more than what I could hope for. After many days of research I found this company to be the best in this buisness and it def didn't disappoint. Totally recomend anyone who wants to travel with their pets, if your lucky to have Daniel as your driver, your in for a safe and fun travel. Great service and communication from Daniel from the very start . Gave me options on how many hours I wanted to travel per day , I opted for the fastest as Spain to Scotland is a big distance . Well provided cat cages , roomy and safe , cats were happy. Agreed times for stops to check on Cats and feed them . Even provided cat treats . Great conversation so the journey was never boring . Very punctual pick up and help with my baggage into the van. Would certainly recommend to anyone that needed a pet transported . A very professional but relaxing experience as he has the animals interests in mind

Exec Pets provided outstanding door-to-door service for a journey with my two dogs from Derbyshire to Alicante, Spain. Moving pets internationally can be stressful, but the team made the entire process seamless. Darren was great and was really relaxed with everything.
He showed us the certificates from DEFRA and the certificates needed for the EU for himself and the vehicle. They handled all the technicalities, including the Eurotunnel crossing and advice on Animal Health Certificates. The dogs were comfortable in the luxury, vehicle and we received regular stops for walks and hydration. The regular photo updates and tracking throughout the long-distance trip through France and into Spain were especially appreciated.

Darran was absolutely the best! I can’t recommend this company highly enough! When I first rang for a quote Darran was so helpful but my first reaction to the quote was “wow, no way am I paying that!” But then I started checking out other companies, some cheaper, but didn’t seem anywhere near as helpful. Then I worked out fuel, tolls etc and factored in the luggage I could take as well, the peace of mind I would get from having everything organised for me and the price suddenly seemed quite reasonable!! I’m so glad I chose this company and Darran. He took all the stress away, checking all the pet passports before we left, he was always there for advice and help with everything. He was an excellent driver, great company and so good with the animals. The van was comfortable, even had a fridge to put snacks and drinks in.
My cat and dog are the most precious things in the world to me, I’m so glad I chose Darran, and now looking back I feel the price was a bargain!! If I ever have to move again I would never think of using anyone else

I had a great experience with Execpets under not so easy conditions. We had to do some short term rearranging of the journey because of a a snowstorm and the team was very collaborative. Daniel was a great driver and very good company over the long journey. I am so grateful that Daniel and the Execpets team made a complicated long journey feel short and simple!

We recently used Exec Pets for transport from Harwich to Edinburgh with our dog, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Daniel's services have truly left us impressed! We've entrusted him twice now, initially when we needed to move our first pup, Oreo, from the USA to the UK to join my boyfriend. Despite Oreo being quite the handful, Daniel gave us peace of mind throughout the journey and managed Oreo with great care. More recently, I moved to the UK with my other dog, Laika, and it was an obvious choice to contact Daniel again. Although our travel plans were a bit up in the air, Daniel's flexibility and excellent communication were outstanding. He eased our concerns, provided exceptional care for Laika, and even treated her to some goodies.
