Genius service. Great to be able to try on at home (multiple sizes) and not worry about returning and checking credit on cc etc. I wish all brands would use harper.

Absolutely fantastic. All the things I hate about shopping online dealt with! I did not need to worry about money coming out of my account - you order everything you fancy in all the sizes you think you might need and you don’t pay up front. They bring all the clothes to your house, you try in front of your own mirror with 40 mins to really try the items and you buy what you want there and then (but zero obligation or pressure to buy anything!) No need to parcel up and take items to the post office they take them there and then! my concierge was lovely, she knew style, body shape and clothes AND I sent her away for the try on! When she collected she offered some brilliant advice. This service is brilliant all shops should be offering this

Natasha was great. Friendly and helpful. Been thinking about using this service for a while and finally did and now I’ll use it all the time. Loved being able to try clothes at home without the intensity of queuing for changing rooms. Also could fit it easily into my working day and now have the weekends free for other things.

Love the ability to try on great clothes at home- with personalised advice & guidance. And I can see how pieces work with my existing wardrobe. I shop the sale at my favourite higher- end brand and am always so pleased with my purchases.

Woman came on time with two styles and sizes of blouses and a pair of black trousers in two sizes. She was well-dressed, polite and pleasant.

A really brilliant service that means you can try on clothes in the comfort of your own home with someone else taking care of the returns. What’s not to like?!

This is the perfect way to shop online. You can order as many items as you want, in different sizes (which is key for online shopping), and try them all on in the comfort of your home with your own shoes and accessories that you had in mind to go with the outfit. This is the way forward. The only point I would raise is that because I ordered so many items the 40 minute time slot wasn't quite enough and maybe this could be changed in future to adapt to the number of items delivered with the service.
