An excellent service. Hand delivered clothes that you only pay for if you keep. Then, you return to the van and the transaction is finished. So much better than paying in advance, waiting for delivery, trying on, returning via courier, then waiting days for your credit card to be credited. This is the way to shop. Loved the experience!

They bring everything you have chosen to your door, help you try on the pieces, advise on what works and what doesn't and then take away everything you don't want. You only pay for what you purchase so you can choose many items to try on. Friendly, helpful and not pushy at all.

Excellent service. The concierge brought a clothes to my doorstep at the time and stayed close by to collect promptly. I tried a selection of clothes (blazer, dresses, blouses) in the privacy of my home, checking out before purchase which styling options I would have from these items combined with those already in my wardrobe. Afterwards the items I did not plan to keep have been collected straight away, payment taken on the spot. All sorted nicely and timely. Will use that service again.
