I was worried initially, as a first-time customer, I had an email saying my order was “in progress and complete” three days prior to delivery of my surprise afternoon tea gift to my friend. However, the contents were received on time, beautifully professionally packaged and as fresh as can be. It was really a beautiful gift and would happily recommend to anyone. It’s rare to find a supplier who provides the full tea with sandwiches and these were all fabulously fresh and delicious. Well done to Harriet’s and thank you so much.

Afternoon tea was not delivered. So disappointed as it was a gift. Want my money back.

WOW, one of the nicest Cream Teas I've had in a long time. My Husband and I like to treat ourselves to a cream tea delivered to our house (we are both disabled. popping to any of our local establishments is not practical). the sandwiches were extremely fresh. the scones were definitely hand made, large and soft. the little cakes were very tasty. we will buy again.

I ordered a surprise afternoon tea for my sister's 40th, Ruby Wedding anniversary. After speaking to the owner I had every expectation the delivery with my special request would go ahead. No such luck. The delivery did not arrive.

After speaking to the owners I was able to reorder & the afternoon tea was on this occasion delivered as requested. My sister said the food was extremely good and plentiful.

Having discussed the problems in full with Harriets Cafe it is obvious that the delivery company, APC, they use was at fault. APC in fact delivered the original order from Saturday on the following Tuesday. As you can imagine the food was completely spoilt. This was not a fault of Harriet's Cafe but totally that of APC delivery company. APC ruined my surprise & anniversary present. I just hope Harriet's Cafe get adequate compensation. Harriet's definitely recompensed me for what was after all not their fault.

Fantastic festive afternoon tea. Well packaged, delivered on time, great value and absolutely delicious. Couldn't ask for more. This is my 2nd festive afternoon tea. I enjoyed it so much last year I returned again this year and i will do it again next year!!!!. Highly recommend.

Ordered food, was not told about the 45 minute delay, food was cold and the manager on duty was very rude

Never done this before but am STILL shielding and wanted a treat so decided on an afternoon tea delivery. I liked the look of Harriet's out if the many on offer - it was a great choice! Super value, delicious finger sandwiches and truly scrumptious little cakes right to the door. All very fresh. Certainly won't be my last treat from Harriet's, only wish I could visit in person.

Everything arrived beautifully but there was no option to send a card or message which was a shame when it was going to be a surprise gift.

Just had a wonderful afternoon tea at home to celebrate my fortieth. It arrived very well packaged and everything was fresh and delicious, the sandwiches had wonderful flavours, scones with jam and cream, followed by three dainty little cakes each. It was packaged with a wooden knife for each person and a serviette so it could just as ably be taken as a picnic. Utterly delightful, in fact the best at home afternoon tea we have ever had including one from Betty's and from Wilkin's of Tiptree. Super job!!!

Ordered an afternoon tea for two to be delivered to Soham to celebrate a 92nd birthday. It was much appreciated and enjoyed. Great choice "like a garden party!" and very tasty.

Booked and paid deposit weeks ago for 7, greated by a girl saying yes just 1 afternoon tea.. no 7 paid £35 deposit.
Sat down had mugs of tea brought over not pots, had to argue with staff over unlimited tea!

At end asked for box or anything to put left overs in and was lots and we had paid for it!
Was looked at in disgust! Given paper bags size of penny sweet bags, had to ask again for something suitable.. brown paper bag given eventually.

Ordered the afternoon tea for delivery. A lovely mix and great taste. Will be ordering again :-)

I ordered this tea for a friend who is unwell. I was kept well informed of the delivery and she was delighted with the product, bursting into tears of joy!
I would certainly use Harriets again!

Such a lovely place for afternoon tea, or breakfast! Lovely for a special occasion, and reasonably priced for a last minute spot of lunch :)

Ordered afternoon tea for delivery to my elderly mother for Mother's Day. Specifically asked for it to be vegetarian and my mother received two sandwiches which appeared to have some kind of meat in them. In addition, the scones were dry and inedible. I contacted customer services straight away on 7 April 2022 and they said that I would receive a refund within 5 days - I am still waiting for it despite reminders (as at 28 April 2022) - Finally refunded today - 29 April 2022 - Amazing what happens when you post a bad review on Trustpilot!

I have used Harriet's tea room a few times in the past month. Every time feedback from my friends has been excellent. Thank you for helping me out with present ideas.
