The delivery was made to number 28 and NOT No. 30
Phoned today to check delivery status and informed delivered to No. 32 . This was not what I stated when I made order.
No . 32 deny all knowledge and I have asked to be sent a penny black ingot to the CORRECT address NO. 30. Was initially disappointed and upset about this as I have already paid £29.99 for the goods which was never received at my home address
Company have acknowledged mistake and are sending me a replacement which I thank them for to be delivered to my correct address number 30 . Company rectified mistake and apologised for misunderstanding. Grateful for the excellent customer service shown and the company and Alan deserve 5 stars review

Difficulty in ordering a product.
Took seven attempts to place an order for a coin cover.I have been a customer for years but had to go through the rigmarole of inputting my details repeatedly before the order was accepted. Most frustrating.
