Everytime I've called these guys out I've felt safe in the knowledge that they know what they're doing and they would never over charge. I think I've met 3 of their engineers, all lovely, all friendly. Glad to have found HH

Used this company to replace a very old toilet and basin following leak, work also included replastering and lino - very pleased with the result. Harris Heating had relevant contacts to do the entire job and everyone was friendly, professional and did a good job. They turned up on time, cleaned up and sought input/made suggestions/gave updates as appropriate - would recommend.

Switched to this company after a terrible experience with British Gas, not attending a leak despite being on Home Care. Initially, Harris Heating provided a check of pipework and have since had an emergency call out for a different leak, plus annual boiler and fire service with them. The company is helpful, very quick to respond to emails and sends texts to advise when engineer/plumber etc is en route.

Great team of staff. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people. Great work done by Jay, very impressed and have already recommended them to friends.

After getting a few quotes for a new boiler and seven radiators I decided to go with Harris heating as they seemed to know what they were talking about, I wasn't disappointed, turned up on time kept my house clean and tidy and did an excellent job, definitely recommend, thanks

Had an emergency with my boiler - Harris Heating were there same day and fixed the problem with ease. Nice professional manner and very happy with the service I received. Definitely a company I reccommend.

Annual boiler service - as always the engineer was polite, efficient and professional. The only downside is when booking the service no approxinate time-slot was given and we had to ring them on the day of the service to get their person in the office, whose manner is quite abrupt and gives the impression he's doing you a big favour, to contact the engineer to call us with a timeslot. This is not good customer service and Harris Heating needs to improve on it.

They sent out an engineer to look at our boiler which was not working. I was out at the time and we had our sister in law in for the engineer coming. They looked at the boiler for 5 minutes and said the entire system needed replacing for over £7,000. They also sent an invoice of £98 for the call out which we want back immediately as my partner naively paid. They never said when they agreed to send an engineer that there would be any charge.

We then had another company come round which highlighted how Harris Heating had tried to pull a clever one. The boiler was completely fixed for £450, the expansion vessel which they said needed replaced just needed repressurised, there was nothing wrong with the pipes which they quoted to replace and the boiler just needed front and back pads replacing rather than a completely new one.

Absolutely disgraceful and fully expecting a refund of the £98.

Excellent service and great price

I have used this company twice now and have been impressed with how quickly Adam responds. The first instance was to replace a kitchen tap and then again to repair a toilet that was making a loud banging sound when flushed and the cistern was filling. Both times he arrived when he stated he would, was respectful and did the job neatly and efficiently. I am happy to recommend him!

Qualified and professional work people who were punctual, courteous, tidy and friendly, and quoted a reasonable price for my electrical repairs. The completion time from my initial enqury to completion was around 3 weeks, which I find reasonable.

I asked Harris Heating to disconnect the solid fuel boiler in my 1694 inglenook and install a new outside oil fired boiler. They gave a very professional highly detailed quote. Failing to obtain any others I felt reasonably confident in accepting it. The installation team were quiet, polite and very accommodating of my very limited mobility. Apart from some late deliveries by suppliers everything seemed to work first time and there were no hidden extras for final settlement.

Im so pleased with the installation of my new gas hob. From booking the inital appointment to the fitting of the hob, everything went like clockwork. The chap from Harris Heating arrived punctually and did an excellent job. He was extremely pleasant and polite and carried out the work with a smile on his face. Im very happy with the end result amd highly recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic service received today.
Phoned just before 10.00am, engineer arrived just before lunch and mended our boiler. Very good value for money no feelings of being overcharged. Would highly recommend and will be using again on a service plan. Thanks again

Trevor and his team had done some great work for my daughter and so she recommended to me. We were suffering low water pressure and faulty central heating that two other tradesmen had failed to correct.

Trevor spotted the problem very quickly, sourced a £30 part from Screwfix and solved the issue in a couple of hours. Warm high pressure showering returned and a warm house.

Plus a very reasonable bill indeed. Thanks Trevor, great work and would recommend you any time

We needed a thermostat fitting to our MItsubishi Air Source Heat pump immersion tank. Lots of companies refused the job as they don’t touch ASHP.
Trevor was helpful and understanding, he arranged the part and arranged fitting.
On the day his staff were here early, smart, polite and very Covid aware and secure. Neat tidy job and all for half the price Mitsubishi quoted.

Called with a query about replacing my kitchen strip light. Given an appointment for their electrician Neil to come around to inspect and generate an estimate. Neil arrived as arranged and I received an estimate within the same day. They sourced the replacement light fitting and Neil returned promptly as arranged and fitted it with no mess or hassle. I would recommend their electrician wholeheartedly based on my experience.
