Exemplary post sales customer support
I had an issue with a failed part on a kitchen tap that was about 21 months old. I contacted teh company to ask for a replacement. I sent pictures to confirm the part and the issue and a replacement was sent to me quickly and free of charge and I was advised when it had been shipped. The customer support was exemplary and I will certainly use this company again for purchase of any similar items.
Showerhead leaking…
Had an issue with the shower head on the shower we purchased from a supplier. I contacted the sales/spares at Harrison Bathrooms. My issue was explained to Sam and having supplied the information he requested, a replacement was arranged quickly and efficiently.
No quibble, just good all round customer service.

Helpful and Kind
After 7 months there was an issue with the shower thermostat. The person who fitted the bathroom (not Harrisons), despite saying he would solve any problems in the first year, stopped answering my messages regarding mending it. I contacted Harrisons and they very kindly said they would send out a new part free of charge. They also directed me to their website regarding guarantees which the fitter had not told me about. A Masterclass In Customer Service.
Having had a bathroom installed 2yrs ago from Harrison Bathrooms, I firstly have to say it’s been excellent.
Secondly, I called today to query how I can buy a seal replacement kit for the L shaped bath shower screen. The extremely helpful assistant, Callum, not only explained that there’s both a trade and separate customer website, but he also offered to send me a free replacement kit as a gesture of goodwill.
That totally made my day and is just outstanding customer service, going above and beyond.
Such an excellent company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Had a issue with shower screen seal after I'd bought it (2 years). Contacted the sale team and after providing some photos and copy of invoice they are sending me out a replacement. Couldn't ask for any more.
Leaking kitchen tap - warranty claim…
Had a issue with a kitchen tap leaking - purchased through Tap Warehouse but as as out of the 1 yr tap warehouse warranty had to go direct to Harrison Bathrooms as the manufacturer. They were excellent - no quibble and replacement sent out on next day delivery. I did still have to get it fitted so out of pocket for this though. Very efficient and responsive email communications. I was very pleasantly surprised, given the normally excruciation experience you have with this sort of thing. Recommended

I emailed them trying to source a replacement part and got a really quick response from Callum who immediately understood the problem, and the part is on order to be delivered directly to me. All done in a day, very helpful and very fast. Great customer service, would recommend highly.

I bought a 4 in 1 boiling tap in…
I bought a 4 in 1 boiling tap in anticipation for a kitchen rebuild at a property I have recently moved into, and there was a good deal on offer for a boiling tap, with boiling tank and filter included. I had a plumber fit the new tap, and some problems arose after installation that they could not resolve. I had low pressure and no mains hot water, I contacted the manufacturer, Harrison Bathrooms via email and was given some simple instructions to remedy the problems.
I also had a problem with the boiling tank which the company replaced free of charge, and I was extremely grateful for this as once I had replaced the tank, the tap functions perfectly and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I would only suggest to any prospective buyers to ensure you get a plumber who has fitted a boiling tap before, as mine hadn't and this led to some problems during and after installation, which had nothing to do with manufacturer. I would also suggest if you are moderately good at DIY, and whilst may seem daunting at first. I wish I had done this myself as I believe I would've saved myself alot of time and money.
I would like to thank Harrison Bathrooms for all their help regarding this matter, and I would recommend the tap. It is my first boiling tap and it is hugely satisfying getting up in the morning and having a cuppa without having to wait on a kettle boiling, and it is great to give your pans a good steep in hot water after cooking, and for rinsing out bottles/glasses and containers. I have just become a father and this is a great purchase for the family.
