They were really helpful from the start, arranging a prompt site visit, a range of suitable quotes and support with booking the installation. The installation was painless and efficient and they did a great job, leaving the site clean and ready to go.

Both Lisa and Joe were really helpful and professional, from my initial query through to the actual appointment.

I got an appointment within a short space and Joe helped me to decide what film would be best for my windows, giving me various options to choose from and explaining the difference.

My fitting was done a few days later and Joe was punctual, friendly, respectful of the property and very tidy.

He was even kind enough to tolerate my immature giggling at my finished windows and how good they looked from both inside and outside. It would be fair to say I was a teensy bit excited about it!
I keep catching myself admiring them now, even four days later. Ha!

Brilliant Windows have just completed fitting heat reflective film to a large number of windows and glass doors in our house some of which were quite tricky. Joe and his colleague who did the work were excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, got to the house on time and managed the scaffolders well (there was a high level roof window). We felt the job they did was excellent - we're very pleased.

From the point of initial contact, really good communication. Joe came round to show us the different film options. The price quoted was reasonable and the final installation looks great. It was carried out efficiently and without any mess or disruption. Would strongly recommend, thank you.

Joe is “Brilliant “ at what he does. He provides an excellent customer service and fitting operation at a very competitive price. He fitted film to our glass gable end in quite a restrictive environment, he did it very cleanly, tidily and safely.

Joe made a detailed note of what we needed for our conservatory roof and recommended what we needed to keep out glare. His work was immaculate and careful and we are delighted with the result. He had good communication throughout the process which gave confidence in his service.

Joe did the windows in my house to protect my wood floor against UV and also provide some privacy in other rooms. At every stage Joe was very specific about the process, gave me lots of options, as well as setting realistic expectations. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
