Dear Customer,

We were disappointed to read this review, given that we hadn’t been contacted by you at all beforehand, or since to discuss your concerns of the product’s originality.

The stock we sell is genuine and any claim otherwise is totally untrue. To declare ‘lost money’ without contacting us is not an accurate representation of the experience our thousands of customers have when using our products for their client’s treatments.

We note that sometimes non-Aesthetic Professionals purchase our stock for self use and do not have experience of the way in which the market is supplied.

The product in question hasn’t come with a cellophane wrapper since 2022 when the manufacturer discontinued it for environmental reasons. The boxes are sealed as are the injectables inside.

With regard to a sticker, without knowing which sticker you are specifically referring to or may have seen online. There is a user-scannable sticker on packages in Asia which is attached for the distributor there with their logo and name on it, but this specific type of sticker is not attached in Europe/UK.

There is one distributor source in the UK who has just recently (from just before Christmas) started putting some stickers just with their Logo on. Please note this is the distributor’s logo not that of the manufacturer and denotes the products received through that distributor only. The sticker is just one of many methods of authentication for the distributor alone to inspect stock when the need arises as it would be virtually impossible for a user to detect a real or counterfeit sticker themselves. Our stock , which originates from the manufacturer comes with a required ‘UDI’ barcode which contains traceability information relating to its manufacture, to aid in inspection if the need was to arise anywhere in the marketplace. There are multiple distributors stock that can be legally sold in the UK by Aesthetics Suppliers. Many across the industry sell and use the stock from the same sources as we do. Our stock is sourced from a UK company with an excellent reputation, known within the Aesthetics Industry Publications and which we have traded with regularly since 2021.


Between us and our supplier we have sold many thousands of products to Aesthetic professionals up and down the country. Their continued custom and client success is a testament to the product’s authenticity.

On companies house, you will be able to verify our company, Cheshire Ventures Ltd has 3 years of trading history with significant net assets. There you can also confirm our directors, including myself. We have never faced any legal challenge or any other issue from any manufacturer, authority or customer. You can also see that we have an Excellent User Review rating on this review platform, dating back to 2021 as a testament to our quality of service and product.

We're sorry to read of this review left on a Sunday for a parcel of an approximate value of £10, which was meant to be delivered the previous Thursday - on a 2-3 Working day Royal Mail Tracked Service.

In all cases, we please ask customers to contact us first and give us an opportunity to resolve before leaving a review.

We contacted the customer by e-mail within 2 hours of receiving this review, outside of our opening hours and at the weekend. We had not been contacted about this previously. We offered the customer options including a full refund once the parcel was back with us, or a discount to keep waiting.

Delays such as this are very rare and unfortunately like all businesses we cannot predict delays within Royal Mail's system or a customer's local area as was the case here. These issues were confirmed by Royal Mail's Support Line. What we do is provide parcel tracking through our order e-mails and a timely resolution when we are notified by the customer that their item hasn't arrived.

In the end because we did not hear back regarding the options given in multiple emails, we made the decision to provide a full refund to the customer after 7 days from the expected delivery date, because we expected the item to be lost.

We hope this minimised the inconvenience to the customer which was due to the issue with Royal Mail in the customer's local area.

The Tracked 24 service is a good delivery option, with good speeds, offering the customer options to redirect for collection at a post office, deliver to a neighbour or change their delivery day. With the convenience of delivery from your local postie.
