Not only I had the worst experience of my life the time I bought a book set with them but now they canceled my best friend’s Bomtoon calendar times later and we can’t buy anywhere… I never had such a worst experience in my life buying online. I warn all of you don’t shop at Harumio. And the time they ruined my order they even deleted my comments so you know this is a fishy business. The refund won’t pay again the calendar that was already sold out. You are untrustworthy and unethical, can’t even call a business.

I bought from Harum.io a fan from kakao freinds, because mine from Seoul was stolen. It arrieved after a few weeks and it seems legit(with sticker from Kakao Friends), like the old one. It was not really more expensive, not like the double of the price, but it came with FedEx and I had to pay the border control. Anyway, It is a good product, new and it is working. To now, I'm happy with it!

I often order goods abroad. But I was impressed by Harumio.io's professional approach. They always negotiate a deal for me at a very low price. Very good communication. Parfait ! J'ai eu le coffret de livres que j'avais commandé. Il est arrivé bien emballé et en parfait état. Ils m'avaient même envoyé un mail en amont pour me prévenir qu'il y aurait peut-être une douane à payer - ce qui n'a pas été le cas donc je suis très contente :)
