Mark in the Boucher Road store was very friendly and helpful. Tracker for delivery was great, no sitting around waiting all day! Guys were super friendly and efficient and had my suite put together in no time at all.

Store staff were very helpful
Store staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.
Delivery was on time, almost to the minute of estimated time. Delivery staff were also courteous.
Very pleased withthe whole experience from start to finish.

Great service
The two guys delivering the sofa were fantastic. Very courteous and pointed out a dent in one armrest that should come out in a few days and if not contact Harvey Norman and it would be replaced. The fully assembled sofa tested it and were so quick. Great to see service like that.

Efficient salesman I'm not one for flattery talk. Told him what I wanted and he gotten what I needed.

Van came on time and I was able to…
Van came on time and I was able to track their progress on the tracker they put up . The seat was quickly unpacked assembled and checked and they were gone in about ten minutes . A great job with friendly staff.

Great sales woman
Took my elderly widowed aunt to Harvey Normans on Voucher Road Belfast to buy a new bed. She's really indecisive. The sales woman Theresa was brilliant. Not pushy at all but really got to the point of what my aunt needed and put together a package for her without fuss. Thank you Theresa
