Tough start great finish
Despite the initial problems, the employees and especially Stephen from the warehouse were very helpful with the service and took care of my case immediately. The staff is very helpful.

I bought a new mobile phone
I bought a new mobile phone for r myself.I found it on line and there was a great discount on it. It is an Xiaomi redmi 13 pro. So far i am very happy with it. Easy to use and eventually discovered how to transfer all my data from my old phone Samsung Galaxy A32 5 g. The pictures look amazing.The staff in Harvey Normans in
Tralee are lovely and helpful.

I don't know where they get the staff…
I don't know where they get the staff here but I have never had a good experience with any of them they are definitely the most ignorant people I have ever come across even though I have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times and went back into the shop I am definitely done with it now .

It was so easy to order online
It was so easy to order online. Everything was easy to read and there was no add on. I had a problem with some of the order not arriving but a quick email and i had it the next day.

Quicker to avoid click and collect
Website and ordering process was perfect. Went to collect on Tralee store. Went and waited at the hatch under the big Click and collect sign. Eventually I asked a girl in the photo department and she sent me to tills where I had to wait to be served and then wait for someone to get my order from storeroom. It’s just quicker to go in.
