Exceptional Customer Service…
Huge appreciation and praise for Darragh in your photo counter in Tralee. On a very sad for me he helped me to connect, sort, size and printing photos that I needed for a funeral mass. I could not speak through my tears and grief and he never asked but managed to communicate with me got my job done, whilst attending to 3 other customers in the 20 minutes I was there. His customer service etiquette is outstanding. He is a true professional and deserves acknowledgment and recognition for doing such an exceptional job and taking pride in his work. He is a true brand ambassador for your store. His professionalism, kindness and support will not be forgotten and sets the bar for all Harvey Norman employees. Thank you Darragh.

Not great service
Came in on a Sunday as I work late all week so was my opportunity to collect the item. Got there and was told they had 3 in the back and they would get it if we waited. I had a 4 yr old with me and we waited 30-40 minutes to only have them come and tell us the item was on a high shelf and we would have to come back another day. Very disappointing after waiting around all day. I explained my partner would have to get it the next day. He went in and they asked him for my id which he obviously didn’t have. They went back and forth could they give it to him or not despite him having the email confirmation and eventually gave it to him but overall not great experience

Serious delivery issues was almost a month wait.
When it did arrive it was a used/ damaged item
Some staff were almost rude on trying to resolve issues.

Do not buy online if you are not sure you want to keep your product in 100%
I purchased a keyboard online as a gift. The delivery was speedy and efficient but when i received it i was told it was not compatible with the persons computer so i went about returning it. There was not a huge amount of info on how to return things that were bought online, therefore, I had to email them. I was told bring it to a store near you for it to be inspected to see if the packaging was opened(which it wasn’t). The closest store to me is an hour away which was why I bought online in the first place. When I got to the store I waited at least 20 minutes for it to be inspected and then the return itself took another 10 to 15 minutes. I will not be purchasing again from Harvey Norman as it wasted a lot of my day and ended up being the least efficient purchase/return I’ve ever had to do.

All very good - can't complain.
No complaint relly - except a small HDMI adapter missing in my Tab purchase. Staff were good to deal with, delivery quick - just all very professional so 5 stars.

I would like to express my gratitude to Tina and Jodie in the Harvey Norman store in Tralee for their help professionalism and graciousness in dealing with an ongoing problem with my Elica hob. Tina in particular went to great lengths to ensure I had a working hob in time for Christmas as I was beginning to despair. Tough start great finish
Despite the initial problems, the employees and especially Stephen from the warehouse were very helpful with the service and took care of my case immediately. The staff is very helpful.
