I recently purchased a hat from Hats of London, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and style.

I can really feel the attention to detail in every stitch. I bought a baker boy and newsboy hat both were faultless.

The customer service was just as impressive as the hats themselves. The team was friendly, helpful, and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. Delivery was quick, the packaging was elegant, and the hat arrived in perfect condition.

I highly recommend Hats of London. 10/10

The website describes all prices in Euros, when accessed in Spain, and there is no mention whatsoever of the fact that the items come from the UK. Much less that the customer is supposed to pay the inevitable customs duty (thanks, Brexit!).
After paying nearly 10 Euros in duties, (20% of the cost of the hat) I wrote to them. Not one word of a reply.
A shame, because the item is very nice and the shipping was fast, but this amounts to misrepresentation, since they give no notice of the inescapable tax, when buying from outside the UK.

Placed an order on 18th November. Still haven't got the parcel. I understand there's been Royal Mail strikes, but on hatsoflondon website it is stated that the delivery should be between 2 to 4 business days. Therefore, plenty of time for the order to get to the delivery address.

Contacted them on 2nd December, got a quick answer back they will look into this matter. And then NOTHING. I've contacted twice yesterday and again today. No answer back.

So...bad customer service.

Edit: the hats finally came. Good quality, hands down. Such a shame I had to write this bad review first, in order to get an answer back from them and to solve this matter. Therefore, I changed from 1 star to 3 star review, because the products are nicely made. But the entire process... I don't know if I'd do it again.
