Our experience at HGJ and specifically with Laz was 10/10. We went to two jewellers prior and the minute we found HGJ we knew this was the one for us. The service was great, authentic, genuine, fun and collaborative. We got our wedding bands from here and it will forever be our go to for any and all future jewellery. HIGHLY recommend!

Firstly, I strolled round Hatton Gardens cluelessly, batting off sleazy salesmen trying to force tacky rings down my neck for a premium price. Did some research and stumbled across Hatton Gardens Jewellers. I’ve had the joy of interacting with both Vincent and Laz, with Laz being the man to walk me from zero knowledge to knowing everything about the diamond for my fiancée. The craftsmanship is incredible, and he got my brief down to a T. After a few CAD designs and tweaks later, the ring was ready to collect within a few weeks.

No doubts — will be using these guys again for our wedding bands and any future jewellery we need. The only downside I can give is that the hot chips offered for lunch took too long, I was contemplating skipping my meeting but didn’t have it in me.

As an extreme novice when it comes to jewellery and especially engagement rings, Laz was super attentive, informational and also gave honest opinions when needed. Had a great experience with Laz when purchasing an engagement ring - I had a minimal amount of knowledge of the various options, but he was able to give expert advice throughout. I had so many questions about the engagement ring I wanted to purchase and I even had last minute changes that I sprung on the team on the day of my consultation.

I met with Laz and we had a long and detailed consultation where he guided me through everything I needed to know. He also helped me to sound out ideas and make sense of my uncertainties such as ring size, type of stone that made sense for my budget etc. He never once steered me down a rabbit hole nor did he try to up my budget. He was very conscious and honest about what my budget would get me and let me be the decider of if I wanted to up it.

I made my decision on the day of my consultation because I had a good feeling about HGJ. The fact they were a work shop able to build custom designs was something that really called to me.

The team got the ring ready for me in just over two weeks with all my specifics. I’m super happy with what ended up being as is my fiancé. We will be returning to discuss and design our wedding bands in the near future.

Really great service all around, especially for someone like me who can get caught up and overthink the details.

I found Hatton Garden Jewellers whist looking for a place to get my fiancées engagement ring resized. Due to the positive reviews online we went, and it didn’t disappoint.

Laz is a great guy- he knows exactly what he is talking about and is very honest with his thoughts if you’re looking for an opinion on something. He made us feel very welcome and I will absolutely be returning.

The craftsmanship is incredibly impressive, and they got the ring resized in less that 24 hours which meant my fiancé wasn’t without her new ring for long.

My fiancé booked several appointments with jewellers in Hatton Garden based on reviews, with Laz as our last appointment of the day. Meeting Laz was like a breath of fresh air - there were no flashy sales rooms or any sign of arrogance. Instead, we were greeted by the charismatic Laz who gave us down to earth advice and no upsell, which was really refreshing.
Laz is confident that he & his team will be able to meet your needs - a confidence built on decades of experience. He is rightly proud of his team of craftsmen.
He talked us through the different options for our gemstone of choice, showing us the gems. He explained the pros and cons of the different sizes and cuts of gemstone for the style of ring we wanted. After our first consultation, we knew that we wanted Laz & his team to make my engagement ring.
We found that Laz offered us an honest and transparent service from start to finish. He is passionate about his craft and we felt assured that my ring would be made with care and attention to every minute detail.

During the designing of the ring, Laz kept us informed of anything that needed to be changed and he was in contact with us during the making of it - sending photos & videos.
Laz was as excited as us when we went to collect my ring. With just one look, we could see why - it was absolutely spectacular! It was the embodiment of our ideas & hopes - in fact, it exceeded these!

Laz and his team are professional artists. I wanted a custom pinky ring for my birthday. I was pretty new to lab grown diamonds and Laz took the time to walk me through every step of the process and educated me along the way. He did not try to upsell me or steer me in directions I didn't want to go - he is truly a trusted advisor. The ring isn't your typical pinky ring (which is what I wanted) and Laz made sure it was exactly what I dreamt of. Would recommend his team to anyone I know.

As soon as I took a step in the Laz’s office I knew I was with a safe pair of hands. Buying an engagement ring is something that (hopefully!) I will only do once in my life, and was definitely something I needed. Lot of assistance and guidance with.

Laz took me through the full range of options, sourcing multiple stones for me to review and assess and guiding me through the various price points and options. Laz’s experience was vital and very helpful for a complete novice. Laz routinely guided me through options that were less expensive but that he and I thought looked much better for what I was after.

After a few consultations to get the ring in order Laz’s team made it in had in the workshop on the same site and in view of the office.

I can tell that a great deal of love and care went into crafting my ring and don’t doubt that this would be the case for anyone else. The ring looked AMAZING! I was so happy with it.

I initially went to Laz at HGJ as I was attracted to the workshop on site. This is definitely a major plus compared to other sites in the same area I visited. But the intangible value Laz and his team addded to my journey was truly process. You want to have full confidence in the team guiding you on a process such as buying an engagement ring - and with Laz I knew he only had my best interest at heart - including the good value and transparent pricing importantly!

I was recommended to HGJ by my twin brother who'd had excellent service from them before in the making of his wife's engagement ring and their wedding bands.

Laz helped me design the perfect ring for my partner. He was able to discuss various styles with me and gave me advice on some ideas that I had. His experience in ring making and design really shone through. And he wasn't at all pushy.

In the end we designed the perfect ring. Laz kept me updated regarding the progress of the ring throughout.

And when I saw the ring ... WOW ... it looked incredible, even better than I'd imagined! And at a very good price - it even came under-budget!
