We had a fantastic experience buying our first electric car at Hawco Volkswagen Inverness. Martin Little was our sales specialist and provided us with great service from start to finish. Engine issue in the Highlands and Hawco Škoda Inverness were spot on. They advised us by phone straight away on what to do to avoid worsening the problem, and guided us clearly on AA recovery.

At the dealership we had a warm, professional welcome, the car was taken in promptly and diagnosed quickly, which helped us arrange transport back home. They also proactively shared the diagnosis and parts info with our local Škoda dealer to speed up repairs.

Bonus points: they offered to drop us into Inverness city centre and kept us updated at every step. Couldn’t fault them, highly recommend !

A great experience with Connor from Highland Audi, from the first day I walked in, I was welcomed with a big smile, friendly handshake and a cup of coffee, Connor looked after me so well, listening to all my needs, price range, age of vehicle, etc etc, the whole process was such a great experience, everything was explained so well, from start to finish, and I always felt I was being looked after, Connor has such a nice manner about him, no pushy sales talk or pressure on me to buy a vehicle, the day I picked the vehicle up was again another lovely experience, the vehicle was presented to me in top condition, inside and out, any questions I had about the vehicle (my first EV) were answered clearly and I drove away with a very good understanding of how my new EV operates. I honestly can’t thank Connor enough, for making my experience of owning a new vehicle such a great one, thank you so much Connor.
