The item ordered was for a Cashmere sweater - what arrived in a packet with no sender's name or return addres was a sweater made of 95% polyester and 5% Spandex. They offered a 20% refund which I refused. There is no Hawkins & Fletcher listed on Companies House. Sounds like a borderline scam.

Agree this is a scam. The products come from China. Bought two pairs of what turned out to be cheap, totally transparent cotton shorts. Unwearable! The label says 100% cotton yet we thought and were invoiced for linen.
They are in the bin!!

Scam. Fail to deliver what is advertised, refuse refund. They are crooks, so don't shop here

same as everyone else. what i dont understand is why are they still allowed to advertise.conned twice by them frst time shoes but under a different name .exact same scam offering 10 % discount or send back to china for full refund.cost to post, more than the cost of it. cashmere sweater?????.(calling it a rag doesn,t describe how bad it is.)this all happened five ,six months ago,paid with paypal for sweater eventually got full refund.paypal fighting my corner.this company disgusts me on so many levels.go nowhere near

I wish I had read these other reviews before I purchased a pair of their men's linen shorts. They look nothing like the picture, they fit poorly and they are made from stretch cotton! Hardly the quality item they were described as. They've gone straight in the bin. Largely my fault for not checking them out first.

I can't say this is a scam site but it's close to it. I purchase two sweaters and a pair of shorts. I immediately threw out the shorts they were so poor. They give the impression of having a boutique retail presence but it's just very poor quality from China. Don't buyas it's poor quality with no option to return.

Terrible company, I'm usually pretty savvy but was taken in by the marketing. Awful, please do not go anywhere near them. Not true to size, asked for a refund, was told it was my fault and offered 10%, experience was just a joke!!

Shocking quality of items. This is a scam. Clothing does not fit! Shoes are claimed to to calf skin they are plastic! Total con not even worth one Star! Asked for full refund but offered 30%! What a joke!

Chinese scam you pay top price for rags that are not even anyware near the size you ordered the only thing any use is the resealable bags they came in but expensive bags.

Advertise as if a British mens clothing store. Products come from China and you will wait ages. Avoid.

Company is a scam.
Advertised supposedly good quality clothing products on MSN (etc.).
After placing the order, I realised that it was a scam company from China. The product eventually arrived (3 weeks). The polo shirt advertised was nothing like the quality advertised and supposedly a "Large" with a photo of a 6' 3" male model. It actually fitted an 11 year old child.
Then refused to accept liability despite evidence and only offered 20% refund.
Do not touch!!
