Amazing hoodie
I bought this for my brother. The design is perfect, and the fabric is high quality. The customer service was great, as they allowed me to make changes to the order. There was a delay in the shipping, but I guess it may have been due to the changes made. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

Upon reviewing the details of your order, it has come to our attention that there was a pricing discrepancy. The amount charged, £5.95, was in error, as the correct price should have been £15.30. Subsequently, an email was sent to you, prior to refunding and canceling the order, stating:
"We have identified an error in the pricing of the item you ordered. Our standard order processing time is 3-5 working days. Regrettably, we must inform you that the price of the item in question was incorrect. As a result, we have refunded your payment and canceled the order."
Please note that had the pricing disparity been negligible, we would have gladly honored the original order without delay.

Hello, I ordered this product and had sent the wrong spelling and had noticed a week later. I got in contact with the team at Haya and they responded pretty much instantly and weren’t rude but rather they accepted my fault and changed the spelling. They didn’t argue or ask for more money etc. I thought it was too late but they corrected the spelling for me and sent out the product pretty quick after that! I was really happy with the product quality and amazing writing on the hoodie. I would recommend for anyone to not hesitate and buy from here

The items came exactly as described. They look better in real life, I had purchased a white hoodie before for my husband and he always has compliments when wearing it. I purchased this about 3/4 years ago and it's still in good condition. I decided to but 3 more in the colour purple and I must say I am pleased again! They are perfect and look great. I bought a hoodie and im quite happy with how it came out. The material is soft but it’s fit to size and I like baggy things so I probably should have bought a bigger size.
My only thing was delivery time. It came really late (around 3 wks) even though the timing says 3- 5 days.
Their customer service though!! They were so patient when dealing with me I know I probably annoyed them with the amount of questions I asked 😭
But thank you Hayaclothing for your service! I’m going to be ordering more hoodies today! ☺️
