The delivery was terrible, items always out of stock. Customer service were quick and helpful but the overall service is very disappointing. The refund is the worse part they can’t refund you full about including return shipping cost which you have to pay as their website or web doesn’t operate very well. Very disappointed with the overall service.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid

I placed an order for printed hoodies on 20 May, with an advertised delivery time of 3–4 working days. At the time of writing, my order has still not arrived.

What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent numerous emails requesting an update, and not a single one has been answered. Being ignored as a paying customer is simply unacceptable.

Before ordering, I read several negative reviews on Trustpilot but decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt. That was clearly a mistake, and I've certainly learnt my lesson.

To anyone reading this review: I would strongly recommend thinking twice before placing an order. Based on my experience, I have been left without my order, without any communication, and without any confidence that the company values its customers.

Everything okay but I revived the order more than one month

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

I ordered sportswear in size L, but the items fit extremely small—more like an S or even XS. Despite being advertised as modest, loose-fitting Islamic clothing, they are actually very tight.

I contacted customer service several times to request an exchange or return. I received one reply saying they would discuss it, but after that, despite sending several follow-up messages over weeks and months, I never received another response.

There is no proper customer service, no communication, and no support with returns or exchanges. Very disappointing. I will definitely not order from this shop again.

Ordered a hoodie for my nephews first eid on the 16th of May and still haven’t received my order. Contacted these guys via what’s app, email, IG and TT and nothing ! Not a single response, I’ve sent numerous amount of WhatsApp messages and nothing. I’ve contacted to the bank for a refund. These guys are scammers. Take your money but won’t give you the good paid for. Communication is abysmal- avoid these guys

Placed an order on 27/04/2026 and have received no communication whatsoever since. I have tried every possible way to contact the company, but none of my messages have been answered.
The lack of customer service and communication is extremely disappointing. They were quick to take payment, yet seem unable or unwilling to provide even a simple update on the status of my order. To make matters worse, they have not provided a refund despite the complete lack of response.
I would not even rate this company 1 star if that were possible. Based on my experience, I believe potential customers should be made aware of the poor service and lack of communication before placing an order. Being ignored after payment has been taken is unacceptable.
A very disappointing and frustrating experience overall.

I placed an order on the 18th May 2026. Till to date I am neither in receipt of my item, and no tracking details have become available. Their mobile telephone number goes to answering machine and my email communication has not been responded to.

Placed order on 17th May for Eid gifts have contacted number of times no response will be reporting to bank and trading standards

I ordered a reef 33 perfume in March but still have not received it. Emailed Haya clothing but no reply. I have now contacted my bank to get my money refunded.

Do not shop here. I placed an order over 4 weeks now and haven't had a single update on delivery. They were quick to take a payment and not ship the goods. I have tried all forms of communication to get in touch and nothing is responded to.

If the service is this bad and basically robbery, don't suppose the quality of items will be any good.

Save your money and time and shop elsewhere. This company hasn't any value for customers.

I have ordered some t-shirts on the 11-04-26. Still not received any updates nor my order and I have a message to review your company.

I have nothing except to say what an appalling manner in which to trade.

Totally deceiving and untrustworthy.

I ordered items from here around March just before Eid I spent over £100 I didn't get the order until a few days ago . They only reached out to me when I contacted the bank.
I said I don't want the clothes anymore I want my refund as my children didn't get Eid clothes
They said they will compensate me nothing what so ever
I wnt my refund nit the clothes anymore
They are poor contact wise too

.I finally got my order after 2 months and also got my compensation as promised
It's a shame it come to this
But won't be ordering from them ever again

Please choose someone who is established and bothered about customer care!I ordered some hoodies for my children in February, they did not deliver untill end of April!!! Providing zero contact despite multiple emails and messages.After raising a complaint with Etsy they still didn’t respond.
And now they keep emailing me for reviews!

The fabric is good!! The fit is not very accurate based on the size recommended. Also the way it’s sewed is a little off. I ordered the set of 3 and with the tops the sleeves are not the same. One is a little larger than the other. Delivery was fast and fabric is good.

AVOID!!! Ordered in March and never received anything. Contacted via email, instagram and WhatsApp and no reply. Had to dispute charge with bank to later get a message from bank saying there fighting the dispute. Umm you haven’t even replied to me on THREE forms of communication. Shameful

I ordered two hoodie aged 11 to 13 for my 9 and 11 year old they are too small. I tried to contact tact you via email and your chat function but no one has responded. We love the jumpers but obviously can't wear them as they are too small. Could you please recommend what we can do to return/ exchange them?

Good communication from seller. Received the hoodies and they are very good quality with very nice arabic caligraphy. Will definetly be ordering again

I ordered a personalised hoodie from Haya Clothing twice. At the beginning there was a bit of a lack of communication, which was frustrating, but they later reached out with a sincere apology and compensated me with a refund. I really appreciated the honesty and effort to make things right.

Not many businesses show that level of integrity and care for their customers. In the end, I’m pleased with how they handled the situation and the service they provided. I would highly recommend Haya Clothing.

Really disappointed with their lack of communication and delivery date stated 3-5 working days, but went well over 11 days which is misleading. After several messages sent on different platforms no response, until 10th day. Was promised money back but hasn’t been processed. Quality of hoodie is not the greatest and a Gift very delayed. I will not be ordering from here again.
