Constant harrassment with letters
Constant harrassment with letters. Could care less then that a house has sold nearby. Received constamt stream of letters. Two emails and an angry phone call and the letterd keep coming. Emma Belcher Branch manager of Haybrook stop sending harrassing letters.

Me and my husband rented a house using Sheffield lettings.
We had a great experience and great service, mainly with our case dealt Chloe, she is absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble for her and she was there to answer all the questions or concerns we had.Thank you Chloe!!! Thanks to Sharron and Tom as well.
On the other side I do think up to 10 days to organise the payment to our bank account after the tenant has paid straight away is too much wait for the rent collection option that we have gone.

We rented a property through haybrooks…
We rented a property through haybrooks and in the follow up to our moving out process Ryan Waughdealt with us brilliantly, he was always there to help with matters and answer questions we had. Communication was always great and everything was dealt with by Ryan quickly and professionally.
We would like to say thank you to him for making sure everything was dealt with for us.
We would also like to mention Zoe who did viewings with potential tenants at the property we were moving from.
She was very professional and put me at ease throughout.

Fantastic agents despite heartbreak
We began our purchase of a property offered through Haybrook back in the summer. Every step of the way Laura and Amanda had been fantastic at keeping us in the loop, informing us of any changes and chasing the vendors when needed.
Unfortunately, the vendors decided to pull out of the sale when we were ready for completion due to their own sale falling through. Amanda was incredibly supportive and tried her best to reason with them, however she was unsuccessful. However I am so grateful for her kind words, support, and kindness during this time.
We are currently looking for another property, and any with Haybrook always get a second look from us due to our previous wonderful experience.
5* service from ryan
Recently dealt with ryan and what a lovely chap he is. So helpful polite and down to earth. Reported our heating not working and he had arranged someone to come and fix it. They were here within 3 hours the same day. All sorted. Very thankful for great support from our letting agent.

The Amazing Annette - the manager at Haybrooks…
Annette the manager at Haybrooks Hillsborough is an absolute credit to the company, she has gone above and beyond numerous times throughout this process to get us though our property purchase. I couldn’t recommend her enough and we couldn’t of done it without her!

I have to say Hillsborough estate…
I have to say Hillsborough estate agents. Well where do I begin. It has been the worst experience of my life. The stress and the anxiety the manager put me through was horrific. I have sent an email of complaint to the director of Haybrooks but I assume I will receive the same amount of customer service as I received from the manager. The manager excels in being a bully.
This saddens me that I have to write this as I have never experienced anything like this before and they still want me to £2700 in fees for the privledge. By the well make sure they tell you about the VAT as they didn’t tell me. So I thought £2250 was bad enough they put another £450 on top. I could go on forever but I’m not
I’m hoping the director of Haybrooks can salvage their reputation but I don’t hold my breath on that.

Worst estate agent ever
Worst estate agent ever, I am selling my property through another agent (property perceptive), had more than 8 views and managed to find a buyer in a week, but unfortunately the buyer pulled out after 4 weeks due to their financial situation so my estate agent has to find local agent based in Sheffield, there they made a ultimate wrong choice
1. Haybrook doesn't help in any way finding buyers
2. My estate agent found a buyer but on completion day, Haybrook not even accepting to handover keys to them, this stressed me out a lot as I have to travel to Warrington to complete my new property.
They put on sale board but never seems to work at all.
Such a worst agent to work with, please avoid it at all costs!

Very unprofessional Sheffield Gleadless branch, I don't agree with Receiving hand written Junk suggesting they have a buyer for my house, i have only been in my house a year now as its a new build. Think this tactic is disgusting.
If i wanted to sell my house i would contact you! i will never use this company ever after seeing how they do business

Selling your mum and dads house is ever easy, especially when you live so far away. But Jacob and his team made this such a smooth transaction and really went beyond what could have been expected. My mum and dad are over the moon, and as their son who was responsible for the sale, it went perfectly.
