Hayward products - RUN to another supplier
Problems from the onset with this automation solution. Pool installed back in 2021. Reboot issues, took months and months to get the OmniLogic Controller system somewhat stable and finally after about 2 years - the entire control box had to be replaced (bad/loose bus bar - sounds like a manufacturing defect). Vendor who services the area under their partnership agreement wanted exorbitant amounts to make a 30 min trip to do warranty troubleshooting. In the interim, the hot tub actuator valves and 4 out of 5 omni logic pool lights have gone out. Programming doesn't work for most automation post the box swap. Terrible experience.
Equipment seems to be garbage, vendors supporting it are sharks, and its nearly impossible to get good communication out of the Hayward District manager.
I would not choose this as my automation or equipment provider again given the choice.
