We had our truck in the shop for almost 3 weeks trying to get them to acknowledge/pay a diagnostic and repair claim. The shop submitted the claim online TWICE. You cannot speak with ANYONE. They only have an answering service that gives you an email address that no one answers. This company is a SCAM.they take your money and completely ignore your claim.
I am very disappointed in this company
I am very disappointed in this company. When I first spoke with the company manager 9 months ago and he signed me up for the policy, he made it sound like it was going to be easy each time we need to use it. we really liked everything that is covered under the warranty. That’s the reason why we decided to purchase. However, we really need it to use the policy this week and every time I dial the number that he had given me, the line was busy. So when I found the customer service number on my email from December 2022. The receptionist that answer the phone said that my point of contact person is unavailable. So I left a message expecting a phone call back
Within a couple hours. I called back later that day. She said again that my point of contact person is still unavailable that she would mark my request urgent. Still no return call 🤔😡Two days later I called back to follow up on my phone call and the receptionist said again, my point of contact person is still unavailable that she would mark my call as a priority. I asked her what would be the timeframe that I could expect a telephone call back. She apologized and said she does not have that information. I am just curious how long it takes to call back a priority message. 🤔 I am not happy with this customer service and I’m starting to question if this policy is even legit. 🤷♀️

After this review the general manager called me personally from his cell phone and explained the contract and clarified the misunderstanding. I was very surprised and glad that they strive for excellent customer service. I definitely made the right choice when it come to my extended warranty.

So far I like what I see , was with another company and found out about all the people who have been turned down for repairs that supposed to be covered, also my chevy dealer wont take the other coverage because of the hassle they had when trying to get authorization,the other coverage used big name talent on their commercials and they are all full of it. This company National has been very professional since first call Made me feel welcome and comfortable with this decision.also its nice to have a wallet service card with my name and account number and all Numbers I need if I have a breakdown.thanks national so far I like what I see...

I spoke with Kristy about insurance and she was really helpful. All my questions were answered and she was really nice. I'm seriously considering switching my insurance, and I appreciated that she took the time to give me information.

National Auto coverage! Is transparent.and what is promised has been delivered! The lady I spoke with is amazing!! Definitely recommend this company to everyone!
National Auto Coverage has helped me tremendously! Had a lot of bad experiences in the past with warranty company! They made me feel comfortable very transparent and I recommend them to all family and friends! Thank Ronnie
