Had a great experience with Amanda and Liz from Home Buyer Surveying Ltd. They were able to accommodate both surveys quickly and Amanda was always quick to respond to emails, even over a weekend! The level 3 structural survey was incredibly thorough and has helped understand what works are required to our property when we eventually complete. Their costs for surveys are also incredibly competitive and would always support a small local business over and above any larger national firms. I’d definitely recommend contacting them if needing any survey work undertaken. I would use again in the future if I require any of their services!

I can’t recommend Home Buyer Surveying enough. Amanda and Liz have been great, they booked our survey in really quickly and communicated amazingly throughout the whole process. It was an extremely easy process for us as first time buyers, our survey was detailed and we were given sound advice on how to proceed. Their fees were competitive to other quotes we received and the payment process was easy. I highly recommend!

I would give it 0 but there is no option. The only umber available on their website is a mobile number: 07806463573. First the number wouldn’t go through, i left a a voice message. The number finally went through, it was answered then cut me off, then someone called me back and said hello who ami speaking to? I told her my name and i asked the same question, she said well you called me !!. I Said i needed a survey then she decided to tell me her name was Liz, i said well Liz don’t you think you should be answering your calls with your company name? She said she was on holiday and started arguing with me, i ignored this and asked if they covered my city, she No I don’t cover your city and cut the phone. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend.

Amanda, Liz and Tony are friendly, approachable, helpful, experts who got the job done correctly and quickly.
House related matters (e.g. a RICS valuation for help2buy) can be complicated but they made it simple and stress free and got the job done in a matter of days. They also answered other mortgage type questions I had too.

Amanda and Liz were honestly incredible and helped us to gain the survey we needed. We had countless setbacks within our move and Amanda was our saviour! 100% would recommend
